This is a beautiful 2 Bedrooom / 2 Bath townhouse directly on the oceanfront at the Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club. This is a gated community with 4 lighted pickleball/ 3 tennis courts, swimming pool, and community BBQ & picnic areas. There is no air conditioning in the unit. There is a nice breeze from the ocean with the windows open and each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a stand-up fan, if desired. At night it can be cool with the ceiling fan and you might need a blanket! Since it is located directly on the oceanfront there is the possibility of the lanai being closed off when the civil defense issues a high surf warning. The complex management will close up the lanai area to protect the townhouse from the surf. In December 2022, the townhouse had a major renovation. The kitchen was entirely remodeled installing new cabinets and counters, new recessed lighting and new appliances. The laundry facilities are upstairs in the bathroom which has a large shower at the end of the room with a large window overlooking the ocean.
