1. Check-in process Friendly and nice staff at the front-desk. Very kind and helpful. 2. Restaurants Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to dine but perhaps next time. 3. Gym Unfortunately the gym is going though renovation and cannot use it during my 4 night stay. 4. Location Great location for shuttle bus pick up and drop off as well as taxis, but if you are looking to wander around. Unfortunately not the best location as you need a car or taxi. This has been emphasised a lot, so best to take on board this advice if you looking for convenience nearby. 5. Laundry Unfortunately, you have to pay extra per item on laundry. No self service laundry. 6. Check-out Smooth and quick. Staff was polite at check-out to wish the rest of our journey to be smooth and well. Feedback/Improvement I think the service and hospitality from front-desk and their rotation on the front door is nice and different from other hotels. Unfortunately, I haven’t encountered anyone who used English with me but it isn’t a problem. I was just curious because having bilingual staff in the location is definitely a bonus. It is something you see in bigger cities and in other hotels. Rooms are outdated in style and amenities. Nevertheless it is clean. It would be good to see rooms to be renovated and updated as newer hotels are better accommodating and utilising better services/functionalities. Heated flooring would be nice for the bathroom but none found during our stay.

I really loved the room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Cito and carina were so helpful and kind. With customer service like that, I will surely book with this hotel again. The only downfall of the room was the air conditioning. It was too hot outside for the thermostat to have restrictions. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The front desk service is friendly and the hotel is in a good location. There is a McDonald's restaurant opposite, with many choices of food. It is also convenient to go to nearby attractions in Kaiping! The room is spacious and bright, and the bedding is comfortable and soft. It's very good and I will come again.

The road is hard to find. It is recommended to stay here when traveling by car. The house was built in 1933 and has a very Republican atmosphere. You can also rent clothes to take photos on the first floor. The landscaping of the courtyard is also great. It is very hygienic and you can tell that the aunt is very attentive to maintaining it. We arrived very late, and the aunt would reply promptly and pick us up. If we get up late, my aunt will leave breakfast until very late for us to get up to eat. There are a lot of mosquitoes, so just make sure you use mosquito repellent. The aunt will also help you light mosquito coils and there are electric mosquito swatters. Auntie is very familiar with the plants, landscapes, and architecture of the watchtowers. Overall, it was a great experience.

Facilities: Average, nothing special, but the air conditioner is too noisy. The air conditioner in the next room is on, but it's like a stuffy pot buzzing here. Such a quiet place is ruined by an air conditioner. It is recommended to install the air conditioner on the ground instead of nailing it to the wall to cause resonance in the whole room. Hygiene: Average, acceptable Environment: The environment is OK, Suguo is very quiet without that abominable air conditioner

The room disposable items have toothbrushes and combs, no shower caps, the bathroom is relatively narrow, there is no shower cap, the shower logo is unknown, the whole head is wet after opening... The bath towel is not thick enough, it feels old, and there is no disinfection smell. The plug location is relatively small, the kettle is by the window, there is no socket, the kettle can be plugged in to cook at the head of the bed, or cooked near the wash basin... Breakfast is also increased... 25 sausage powder, sweet potatoes, eggs... The price is not high, the mattress is also hard, the quilt is thin, and the big bed has two short pillows. I thought it was a high-end homestay. The actual comparison is still private management. It is almost a little bit worth the price comparison. About 600 a night, maybe the Spring Festival is also close to the scenic spot.

There are all the things that should be inside. The drinks in the refrigerator are not charged separately. The materials and products used in furniture and electrical appliances are relatively good. Facilities: The focus is on the hotel's hot water system. It is hot and cold during the shower. Both rooms are like this. You have to adjust the hot and cold water switches repeatedly. After adjusting, the temperature often changes. I don’t know if it is a problem with the internal circulation of the water pipe or something else. Supporting facilities: The booking page says that 2 large and 1 small scenic spot tickets are given. When you show the booking information at the door, the staff will let us enter the scenic spot. As for the page saying that you can give a copy of the Fire Show Red Wedding performance, the process of our stay in the hotel actually includes tickets. As long as you go in, except for the cruise and Ding Ding car, watching all the performances does not actually require additional tickets or charges. I think this is a bit misleading to consumers. Service: Except for a girl at the front desk who has a general attitude, all other staff are very enthusiastic and take the initiative to help and tell us some precautions.

The Theatre Hotel is located on Zhonghua West Road in Chikan Scenic Area and can be reached by shuttle bus from the parking lot. Close to Xingshi Square and Zhonghua West Road, it is convenient to watch the performances of Zhonghua West Road, Xingshi Square and Chizi Square. The first floor is the Nanyuan Restaurant. The buffet breakfast is at the Nanyuan Restaurant. Lunch and dinner can also be eaten here. Scenic hotels are unified management, service quality is guaranteed ～

Disadvantages: The breakfast marked with a value of 15 yuan is not a buffet, and it is based on ”portions”. One portion of clear soup noodles/noodles + 1 egg + 2 small tomatoes. If you say it is not full, people say it is not for fullness. Outrageous, the first time I encountered it. Advantages: The bar downstairs is not open, it is quite quiet here, and the previous worries no longer exist. The curtains are automatic, there are sensor floor lights, and the bathroom is large. It's mainly quiet, so it's okay. If there was no breakfast episode, it would probably be 95 points.

I can't wait to comment. The homestay has just opened, and the flowers and grass inside, the furniture and furnishings are full of sincerity and intentions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding mattress was moderately firm, and the whole family slept well. Although the homestay is not in the scenic area of Chikan Ancient Town, it does not hinder the choice of here again when you come to the ancient town next time. The housekeeper sent welcome fruit, afternoon tea, and breakfast was also eaten at a five-star level. The hotel is used to living, and occasionally feel the humanistic care of the hotel is indeed another feeling. PS: Juguiduo, sweet potato taro cat is the strongest spokesperson, right ☺️
