前台服務人員態度很好，熱心為客人解決問題。酒店本身設施老舊了些，熱水需要放10分鐘以上才出來。走廊和電梯間有煙味兒。據説馬上就要裝修了，希望裝修以後這些問題會得到改善。

服務熱情禮貌，連負責早餐的大姐都非常親切，旁邊就是開原老字號點心鋪“淵泉豐”，買伴手禮非常方便，距離早市夜市和商業步行街都很近，位置極佳，下次來開原繼續探訪《馬大帥》取景地還來你家住！
