超預期好評，酒店佈景非常棒，好多擺件都是清代和民國的老物件，看得出來老闆非常用心，也很注重講究。有迴廊，魚池，茶室，客房不多，但每一間都很大氣，床品非常舒服，我還特意看了床墊品牌，準備回去換新一個。三樓觀景台很棒，適合發發呆。工作人員熱情友好，有需求及時響應。地下停車場非常棒，自駕一路以來最大氣的，超安心❤️

酒店硬件很不錯，古香古色的，天台景色也是絕美，自帶的無邊泳池玩起來很痛快，遊了半個多小時，包場的感覺實在爽！前台服務也很周到熱情，地下停車場也很大，安全有保障！唯一的問題就是早飯，一家三口孩子非要付費才能吃，這個價位的酒店差這一口麼，讓人感覺不舒服！算了也就這一次來開遠無所謂……

週末帶家人出行，酒店整體還是值得選擇的，性價比不錯！
1.平時出門都是在5星酒店裡選，開遠好像最高也就4星。這家風格獨特，中式建築，蘇式園林，房間現代輕奢，非常驚喜！還帶一個博物館，裏面的物件很有年代感，有機會帶父母來逛逛！
2.前台總得來説都比較客氣，打個電話，基本都能第一時間響應客人的需求。酒店露天泳池的水是常温的，最近天氣還算比較熱，玩玩水整個人都放鬆不少，等後面天冷了估計就不太適合下水了。
3.房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟，洗澡很舒服。一整面牆高透玻璃，從房間看出去一片綠色，景色非常不錯！酒店景觀區域挺多的，靠近公園，樓下就有晨跑步道，早上空氣很清新！
4.自帶停車場，停車方便。不用帶行李箱爬上爬下，停車場電梯直達。
5.大多數評價裏提到的早餐問題 我這邊特意和酒店工作人員瞭解了一下，因為酒店老闆是回族的原因，早餐是全清真的加上酒店自助餐廳的餐品擺放區域的面積不大，所以才會選擇性沒有像其他奢華類酒店那麼多，我吃下來感覺該有的還是都有的，口味上適中。

首先感謝酒店升級了房型。
酒店非常美麗，古樸，房屋設施也很完善。看得出來裝修是花了很多心血的。
但是酒店服務實在和裝修差太多，完全配不上那麼好的裝修。第一天入住，前台小姐姐全程沒有一個笑容，我們吃飯回來，她在門口看見我們，迅速眼神避開，走開了。下午我們想加床被子，前台説他們不會套被子，套枕頭，客房部的阿姨下班了，讓我們自己套。第二天出門回來客房沒有打掃，早餐還放着，垃圾也沒收，聯繫了前台阿姨才來打掃，互相指責沒通知打掃。這不應該跟客人説，非常的離譜。早餐種類也很少，吐司片小饅頭都沒有。
那麼好的酒店，服務衞生這樣，再好的酒店也經不起這樣不上心的情況，現在還佔個新酒店，衞生問題還不突出，那時間長了
不好好維護怎麼行呢？
這也不是我一個客人這樣評價了，住宿的客人好幾個提出服務意識的建議，希望管理者重視。
我一般不寫評價，默認好評，但是這次看見這種情況真是痛心疾首，真的很喜歡你們酒店，希望你們重視一下，越來越好，長長久久。
