My review: the stay was terrible there was no proper maintenance at the hotel, broken fridge and broken shower knob and cleaning not properly done, no proper care and comfort at the hotel. No eminities were provided

No breakfast before 9 am. Rooms are dirty. Avoid this hotel. Not suitable for families also. Washrooms are terrible.

I booked an ac deluxe room. However ac was not working. I called to reception to send a service boy to fix the same. After sometime two guys came and tried for a while and given up saying ac fan is working so it will start cooling in few minutes. Then after no one was available to attend the service call. It looked like a deserted place.

The experience was not very good, lazy old staff doesn’t want to serve the hospitality. Food is nice. Dirty hygiene from bed to horrible washroom tabs not working n no response even after complaining about the same. So overall not a great place to stay.

Location of hotel is good, it was the best part. Parking place is available and located in front of railway station. Room were not upto expectations got room changed 3 times but staff was very supportive and helped us a lot.
