Surprisingly comfortable, and not what you would expect to find in this suburb. Check in was a bit confusing and took a while, but once in the room it was OK. Don’t expect 24-hour service at this hotel, but is good enough for a night or 2. The staff are very polite and friendly which makes up for the small shortcoming. Would be careful with regards to security as there was no security on the door and when quiet anyone could slip through.

You need to ask and then double check to get a room away from the very noisy AC unit which services the hotel...avoid 2 floor totally... Also rooms near the service elevator exit door or be ready for loud noises n cling clang whole night long. Food, ok but remember to remind them about chilly levels.

It was our second visit after 5 years and unfortunately quite disappointing... We had a great experience the first time however, this time we didn't like our stay, the rooms had an old look and the facilities are not well maintained. They have a directory in the room showing a swimming pool however they don't have one ( or so they said to me...). It was also annoying that the staff knocked the door constantly with one excuse or the other just to get a tip (they will not leave the room until they get one...) I will not stay there again.

the room service people are great but the front desk they guys are just unbelievable, tried to charge me for a TV remote that doesn't work and tried to blame it on my kid. Not kid friendly at all. Total rip, ruined my vacation.

I work offshore in India, and had to evacuate from the rig due to cyclone Fani. I did not pre book a room so I went for a walkin checkin. Thanks for the helpful receptionist I manage to book a room for myself although he mentioned that most of the rooms are fully booked (reserved for other offshore employees from other companies). Plus the bag boy is very friendly and helpful. However despite of this, the beryani here is awesome!

It was an good stay @ royal park hotel after long back on my job visit to kakinada. The service was much more improved very well and the front office staff was good receving with a warm smill…! Strongly recomemed this hotel for good stay and food…! Thank you all see you all very soon

Wonderful hotel. Great, attentive, quick staff. Everyone at this hotel is kind and friendly. If you are visiting in Kakinada you should definitely stay in this hotel. It is our second time and we would happily stay again. The room is very nice and the restaurant food is delicious.

Excellent service n food quality. Room service is also excellent. Buffet arrangement was also good. Bathroom quality is also good. All staff r respectfully. Taking care of each n every luggage of u. Thank you for your support and must visit again
