Excellent service & great staff. It's one of the best 3-4 star hotel that i have stayed in terms of sustainability, free gifts (like Hot chocolate in night, spices during check out).Breakfast was great, room service menu pricing was on higher side.

Sumitra , senior gsa. Is very sweet nice, polite and always eager to serve. Keep it up. Hotel rooms are also good. Overall service is prompt .Manager Mr.Suvabrata Das was very good. The Hotel ambience was very good. We are happy with food and service.

I had a fantastic stay at this well-run hotel, which offers great value for money as part of a small collection of properties. Highlights: Pool well maintained and a perfect spot to relax. The entire property is spotless and well organised. Absolutely delicious breakfast and efficiently managed. A special thanks to the lady chef for the dry aloo paratha just perfect. The ladies at the front desk are exceptional, providing top service. One suggestion for management: drop the automatic service charge. I prefer to tip staff directly, ensuring they receive my appreciation personally rather than wondering if they actually get the automated service charge in their weekly pay cheque.
