The food and service was really good. The service by Barsha and Pinky was best, they were very polite and have presented many options. The dance/ entertainment should stop as they are not dancers. The food quality and cleanliness is well maintained.

The food was amazing, especially the prawns and dessert. Service by Barsha and Pinky was excellent. A delightful experience overall. Highly recommend for great food and top-notch service! But should stop making the staff dance as they are not dancers and staffs should be respected.

We had a fantastic time at GRT Kakinada. All the staff were superb attentive and cordial. Special compliments and kudos to Barsha Sumitra Pinky Azmal and Dheeraj at the front desk who was always pleasant and helpful. We need more of these people in the hospitality industry. We always look forward to staying here in the future.

Enjoyed the food and service in GRT amazing and lovely people all of them. They serve with love and smile always . Barsha she is always serving the guest with smile. Ruma,Sumitra, Shantipriya are all lovely and excellent people. Everyone including the chef.Ajmath khan is very good.

I and my wife had a wonderful experience in GRT. Miss Barsha made our experience more memorable and amazing by her wonderful service and care. She is superb. Ruma and sumitra also served well. The food was amazing. We enjoyed our stay. Thankyou

Good variety of food . Ambience is great . Hospitality is very good non-veg and veg food are both good . The entertainment was fun . Special mention of staff Barsha for her wonderful service . Will keeep coming back for more services . Thank you

Had family dinner recently...good experience Nice ambience Good food Liked the deserts very much.... Non veg is great Can enjoy with family on any occasion.. Barsha and ruma are sooo sweet and helpful.. Definitely worth the place can visit
