Excellent Property. Nothing to complain. Wish them well. Rooms are out of the world. Absolutely a 5 star property. Rooms are very big. Bathrooms are spacious. Wish I could have longer stay. Definitely will come back. Strongly recommend to anyone.

I shifted to Svenska after not being happy with my earlier hotel in Kakinada and had a wonderful stay for almost 2 weeks at this beautiful property. The location is very convenient and easily accessible and close to key areas in the town, making it ideal for a business traveller like me.. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. They truly go out of their way to ensure guests feel comfortable and well-cared for. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and very well-appointed. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the comfortable bedding to the modern amenities. It made my stay feel extra special. As for the food, it was delicious, with good variety and each meal was fresh and full of flavour. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I thoroughly enjoyed every dish. What really stood out was the value for money. The prices are very reasonable considering the high level of service, quality, and comfort offered. Overall, I highly recommend Svenska Design Hotel to anyone visiting Kakinada. It’s the perfect combination of great service, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be back!

After staying in the luxury of the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai, I was a little skeptical when traveling to Kakinada on business as it's a small town on the other side of India. However, I was very pleasantly surprised when I found this boutique European chain Svenska Design Hotel in Kakinada. It was easy to book and the lady was very helpful in making arrangements for airport pick up. Upon arrival, their reception greeted me warmly and soon I was in my room. While Svenska is a very different concept (modern, minimalist) than the Taj (old world, traditional), but in terms of room amenities, spaciousness, facilities & amenities, Svenska was at par with Taj Mahal Mumbai. Their service was also exceptional and they really looked after me throughout my stay. They have a lovely spa and the couple of massages I tried were very relaxing. Their sun deck is also really nice. Overall, an excellent hotel and great value for money.

Celebrated our wedding night at Svenska in Kakinada and they made it really special. From the decorations to the delightful wedding cake, everything was just perfect. The hotel is reasonably priced and away from all the traffic, noise, pollution and chaos of Kakinada tow, in a peaceful oasis within an industrial park. Yet it’s close to all the local attractions, including Kakinada Beach and SRMT Mall. Well done to the Svenska team for making our stay so memorable.

We had our family wedding at Svenska and were happy with the arrangements. The Grand Ballroom is a very impressive space and comfortably accommodated over 500 guests. We also took 20 rooms and all our guests were pleased with their experience. Each room is unique and has consistently high-quality fittings & fixtures. They are also very spacious with comfortable bed and massive TV. Overall, we were happy we selected this hotel as they really looked after us well.

Chic and sophisticated. Compared to the other hotels in Kakinada, Svenska is a class apart. Rooms are luxurious and service is exceptional. It's perfect for long stays as they offer loads of facilities -- rooftop pool, sky lounge, spa, fitness centre, and amazing range of games in their entertainment section. Secured parking is available inside the property upon request. Lots of nice food & beverage options at reasonable prices. After Svenska, you will not like any other hotel in town.

Highly recommend the hotel. It’s brand new and very neat and clean. Definitely have the best rooms from all hotels in Kakinada. Sky Lounge is beautiful with really nice ambiance. Staff is also helpful. Though located in industrial park, but they provided free drop and pick up to SRMT Mall that is just a kilometre away and has all the shopping, dining and entertainment options. It’s also very convenient when travel to/ from both Vizag and Rajahmjndary airports. Try this European hotel and you won’t be disappointed.
