So expensive! The restaurant is a total RIP OFF! 20€ for a pizza with peppers and tomatoes and 20€ for a half plate of spaghetti! 15€ a burger! Owner thinks he is in myconos! Also the service is so delayed (it took 15 minutes to take our order) despite the restaurant was not full! I can imagine if it would be full of people! Plus the owner had almost a fight in front of people with the personel from another restaurant, few days ago

The hotel is located right on the promenade, which is nice. Free park is available just 20m away. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. I cannot fault it in any way. We only spent one night there, but would definitely return.

We booked a three night stay at this hotel between 10-13 August. When we arrived the room was in a filthy state as you can see in the pictures. The bathroom and the walls were full of mould and the room had an unbearable smell and in complete disregard of any hygienic protocols. We were forced to find alternative accommodation and our holidays at Kalamata were totally ruined. The staff at reception were very rude and when asked to speak to the manager the receptionist refused as ‘the hotel is a LTD company and we don’t have the right as consumers to speak to management’ (!). The hotel denied the state of the room and refused to give us a refund as ‘the room was locked on our booking and they could not rent it to someone else’. However, when we returned on the 12th and asked to see the room again, we were denied entry as the room was already rented to someone else. In other words, the hotel got their money twice and still refused to give a refund. Would you stay in this room? Avoid at all costs.

Panellinion rooms (why they use luxury I do not know) are rooms in an old beautiful building on the Kalamata seafront The building was renovated and 27 rooms were produced.The ones on the first and third floor though they do not have windows!!!This something they do not telll you so a big surprise is expecting you..There are some openings very low on the wall that you have to bend to see outside(to see the road not the sea of course).Do avoid it or pay for a normal room(They call them superior)

After 45 minutes they brought us the coffees, one spilled half and in the attempt to clean up the waiter with the napkins ended up emptying the coffee on the table. An hour after our order, a lady came with an excess of familiarity and relaxation to inform us that the crepe maker had broken down and if we still want the crepes in 10 minutes they will be ready. Only because the children insisted we waited and in 20 minutes the crepes arrived, one of which had a piece of nylon packaging inside. After we informed and for this we paid 26 euros 2 coffees 2 crepes and countless formal apologies! In fact, in a conversation with the next table, they told us that they had a similar simultaneous experience with excessive delay and overcharging of the services. Excellent opportunity to spoil your mood on Sundays!!!

The worst service I have ever seen. We spent 40 minutes ordering and another 40 minutes waiting for the waitress to come and pay. I won't say more but I have never seen such chaos in service and I am a person who has been working in catering for years. I will definitely not prefer this particular shop again.

Πολύ κακή συμπεριφορά αγένεια και μη επαγγελματίες! Και νομίζουν ότι είναι και το διαμάντι της πόλεως χαχααχ Απαράδεκτοι σε όλα και ψεύτες στην κρητική του στην airbnb για εμάς και η αιτία ότι είχαμε ξνα σχολιάσει αρνητικά συμπεριφορά υπαλλήλου . Ωραίοι επαγγελματίες λένε μετά !!!!!!
