Hotel newly renovated apartments with every amenity , overlooking magnificent view of sea , great restaurants just out the door , rooftop lounge area for sunbathing and sunsets . Family owned and managed with all the charm of local Islanders . Offering information for local touring to enjoy this amazingly beautiful island !

Flisvos gets mixed reviews on Tripadvisor, but I could not be happier with my stay. I had a spacious single room with a very generous balcony with views of the sea. The hotel is clean and modern, located conveniently just across the road from Kalamata beach. The breakfast was excellent, providing meats, cheese, bread, coffee, juice, yogurt etc. There is an abundance of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel too. Go to this hotel! It is relatively cheap and of a high standard.

18-20/02/2025 μείναμε με την μητέρα μου. Ήρθαμε Καλαμάτα για χαλάρωση λίγο , και θρησκευτικό τουρισμό . Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πάρα πολύ καλή τοποθεσία , με Θέα τη παραλία της Καλαμάτας και είδικά από κάποιον όροφο και πάνω (Εγώ έμεινα στον 4ο) η θέα είναι μαγευτική !! Δωρεάν μεγάλο Δημοτικό πάρκινγκ δίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο (πίσω από τον Ιερό Ναό Αναστάσεως Κυρίου ) Ευγενικό προσωπικό . Έγινε καθαρισμός δωματίου και στρώσιμο κρεβατιών ακόμα και μετά το 1ο βράδυ μπράβο (δε το περίμενα για 2** Ξενοδοχείο) Θέλουν προσοχή ! : Το πάτωμα θα μπορούσε να είχε αν όχι κάποια μοκέτα , τουλάχιστον κάποιο χαλάκι κοντά στο κρεβάτι ώστε να μην κρυώνεις όταν κατεβαίνεις από το κρεβάτι μέχρι να βάλεις παντόφλες / παπούτσια .. Το ασανσέρ ... έκανε ένα θόρυβο , και σε μερικά σημεία κουνιόταν μόνο του (λες και μετακινιόμασταν μέσα στην καμπινα) (!!!) παρακαλώ την επιχείρηση & την εταιρεία που το συντηρεί να το δει αυτό .. μην τυχόν γίνει κανένα ατύχημα ποτέ !! Οι λάμπες στα πορτατίφ αν γίνεται να μην είναι τόσο δυνατές σε ισχύ και όχι Ψυχρής Θερμοκρασίας .. γιατί ενοχλούσε στο μάτι .. το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό .. αν και θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίιιγο πιο γεμάτο , να είχε καμία πιτούλα κάτι .

Παρα πολυ καλη θεση, μπροστα ακριβως απο την θαλασσα. Σχετικα ικανοποιητικο δωματιο, ΜΟΝΟ ως προς το μεγεθος του. 1) Απολυτως περιορισμενα και φτωχικα toiletries, 2 μικροτατα κακης ποιοτητας σαπουνακια (τριβεις μια ωρα για να κανουν σαπουναδα) και 2 μικροτατα μπουκαλακια (επισης μετριοτατης ποιοτητας) Gel & Shampoo (2 σε 1). Πολύ μικρη ντουζιερα. 2) Ουτε ενα μικρο μπουκαλακι νερο (ως Welcome) στο δωματιο. Ψυγειο με αμφιβολη ψυξη. 3) Κουβερτες αφημενες στην ντουλαπα "γυμνες", χωρις ναϋλον. 4) Ποτηρια ακουμπησμενα αναποδα, επανω στον τυπου παγκο, γυμνά, χωρις ουτε καν ενα χαρτινο σουβερ. 5) Το δικλινο ειναι απλως δυο στενα κρεβατια κολλημενα το ενα διπλα στο αλλο. 6) Στενα (παιδικα) κρεβατια με σκληρα στρωματα. 7) Αδυναμο Wi Fi 8) Η TV επιανε μονο 1-2 καναλια κι αυτα, με διακοπες. 9) Air Condition με θορυβο και διακοπες. 10) Γενικα, περαν της ομορφης θέας απο το μπαλκονι, το δωματιο ειναι αδειο, γυμνο και φτωχικο. Το ιδιο ισχυει και για τον αδειο προθαλαμο- εισοδο στο δωματιο, αλλά και για το μπανιο. 11) Κακη ηχομονωση. Τα ακουγαμε ολα απο το διπλανο δωματιο. 12) Basic πρωϊνο, χωρις φρουτα ή γλυκα. 13) Παρα το γεγονος οτι καναμε late check in γυρω στις 19:00 (ενω ειχαμε ενημερωσει για αφιξη 17:00-18:00), δεν τυχαμε καποιας στοιχειωδους εκπτωσης, πρακτικη που ακολουθουν παραπλησια ξενοδοχεια στα οποια εχουμε στο παρελθον μεινει. 14) Ψυχρά "επαγγελματικο" προσωπικο στην υποδοχη και ανυπαρκτο στο χωρο του πρωϊνου.

Ένα πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο για τα χρήματα που πληρώνεις. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στο μέσον περίπου της παραλιακής λεωφόρου （Ναυαρίνου 135）, πλάι στην γραφική εκκλησία της "Αναστάσεως". Σταν σύν: -Καθαρό δωμάτιο με ζεστό νερό όλες τις ώρες στο μπάνιο. -θέα στην υπέροχη παραλία της πόλης. -Άνετο lobby όπου σερβίρεται χορταστικό πρωϊνό και καφές κατά προτίμηση . -Ευγενικό και φιλικό προσωπικό. -Ελαστικότητα στην ώρα του chek out. Στα μείον: -Πολύ μικρή ντουζιέρα. - Δεν υπάρχουν χαλάκια γύρω από το κρεβάτι, απαραίτητα για το χειμώνα. Μια και τα θετικά χαρακτηριστικά είναι πολύ περισσότερα από τα αρνητικά , το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Nous étions en voyage organisé, bel hôtel situé en bord de mer, chambre propre, agréable vue sur la mer du balcon, la literie excellente, le petit-déjeuner top, le personnel accueillant, le bar en face Thalassa est à recommander. Je recommande.
