I originally thought the hotel was pretty good, as I could see the hanging monastery, but soon after I entered the room, I was hit by a flying insect, not a mosquito. When I got up, I felt itchy and bumpy. Another thing is that we went to take pictures of the sunrise early in the morning and then came back to rest, but a man came in twice without knocking. When he found someone inside, he closed the door and left without saying anything. He was not a cleaner. It was probably a repairman, but our room was not repaired.
However, the location of the hotel is good. The pictures were all taken on the balcony of the hotel. There is also an Idel supermarket nearby. Things are very cheap. Across the road is the starting point of the pedestrian street, where there is a lot of food.
The breakfast at the hotel is also good. It starts at 7 o'clock in the morning. After eating, you can drive up the mountain to take pictures of the sunrise. There are few cars and few people.

The location is very good. The hotel is really clean. The elevator was a bit obscured at first. The balcony of the room we stayed in was super long. I was very satisfied with everything else. The only thing was that the woman at the front desk never saw a smiling face from the time she entered to the time she checked out. When we arrived in the car They didn't come out to greet us at the hotel entrance to help carry our luggage (this is something we haven't encountered in many hotels this time), and the reception at the front desk was not satisfactory.

This is a decent budget hotel. It was clean, the staff were nice, and they had a buffet available for supper and breakfast. The buffets were OK, with a good variety of stuff available. For breakfast they had eggs, ham, croissants, bread, Nutella, orange slices, peaches, and lots more. There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The town is small, so it's easy to walk from the hotel to the main shopping street and up to the old town at the bottom of those famous Meteora hills. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the heating system worked. The windows will open too. There was a fridge and a safe in the room. The bathroom was fine except for the tub; it was small and had two levels, which made it awkward for showering. Each of us almost fell over while showering. The walls are thin. We could hear people in the next room clearly. Luckily, those people went to sleep very early. If you need three beds, I suggest getting adjoining rooms. We had three beds in our room and it was tough to move around in the room.

Don't be fooled by the pictures of this hotel worse than the hotel is the poor service. We stayed there because it was part of our tour. We did not have hot water and our shower was missing a door. The bathroom is absolutely tiny and worse was having water all over it. I reported the problem to them 4 times and they came to the room saying they will sort it out. They did absolutely nothing. The rooms are of a 1 star with 2 seperate beds and really old bedding. The TV did not work either.

The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, breakfast had many choices. The best part was the large pool, since we were there during a heat wave. It's a one minute walk to the main street. From there, you can find lots of stores and restaurants. The staff was very nice.
