Pathetic rooms. Changed 3 rooms. Non of dem was clean. Reception gave me the keys n ask me to go where they have to send staff with customer. Receptionist name is Alam

Breakfast was included in package but they had given in room 4 idali that's it. It should be a breakfast buffet pathetic service. Hotel needs good management Staff is less knowledgeable and non co-operative

Hotel ambience and all is good but food is pathetic Plus their employee named Rajesh damaged my vehicle He signed his name on my bike's new seat and upon catching his mischief he didnt even apologise. He walked away smiling. The manager didn't even bother to look into the matter. Would give zero star to it if they neglect their regular guest this way.

The Good: The check-in, check-out process was rather smooth, rooms were pretty decent with a good view, the food was surprisingly good & the room service was swift. The Bad: On our previous stay, we had forgotten a Fire TV Stick remote at the hotel. On contacting the hotel, they acknowledged the fact that they have it with them. We informed them that we will be collecting it on our next visit. But when we arrived, they mentioned that somebody had already collected it. The Verdict: Hospitality is all about making your guests feel welcome & building a relationship with them. But the moment you start stealing from your guest is when you kill the essence of hospitality. Would I recommend Devanshi Inn? Sure... but it you leave anything behind, consider it gone.
