I have had an excellent stay at Polaris with the best spa services and amazing hospitality provided to me by the staffs. The rooms were excellent and spacious and hotel is just in the perfect highway location. The overall experience of mine with the hotel was amazing and I suggest everyone to stay here. The food served to me was hot and fresh and the service team took care of my meal timings . Always a great pleasure to stay at mount properties.

I must say that we are blown over by the hospitality at Mount Polaris. We have stayed earlier at Siliguri. We have always had a nice experience But in Kalimpong we had a memorable stay Strongly recommended

Terrible location. No lift. Shabby infrastructure. Bad food. Horrible service. The hotel is extremely dirty and there is garbage all over. We travelled with or elderly parents and toddler and had to stay up ALL night killing pests. MAJOR PEST INFESTATION. PLEASE AVOID.

We had an awesome stay, room was big and clean, staff were very helpful. Food was tasty and great quantity. Special thanks to the manager and Upasana. Kushang was very helpful. Will definitely return in our next trip. Kalimpong is a very beautiful town.

First of all regarding my stay in the hotel Mount Polaris We stayed in room 302 though room was small but it was warm and nice neat and clean we had ordered our dinner food was tasty but the service was a bit late but never mind as the plus point was behaviour of staff special thank to Upasana for providing us room early we had made a booking from make my trip but couldn't share the review so shared it here.

The spa service was awesome.The therapist was very good. The rooms were spacious with good view. That is a mesmerising experience. You walk you take massage. This is awesome. Try it and you will never forget. This is really good to have here.
