My wife and I had an amazing stay at Hotel Fortune in Kalimpong. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and the hospitality was truly top-notch.The staff was courteous , attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was outstanding with a great variety and chef manas and ayush made the dining experience delightful by suggesting us dishes as per our likes. The hotel has its travel desk and Vikrant suggestions helped us in planning our time for sightseeing. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay. Whether it was the hospitality , food, ambiance everything exceeded our expectations. This hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and indulge, this is it! Highly recommended. Also i would like to suggest visiting the Pine Nurse Nursery and Delo hills as nearby attractions.

I had a surreal experience at this resort! 4 top things you will experience in this resort 1. Out of the world hospitality 2. Magnificent complimentary breakfast menu 3. Watch Kanchenjunga unfolding right from your room 4. Top notch cleanliness and supervised maintenance One personal experience worth the mention: I bought few gifts from Kalimpong. I was unaware that I left it in the hotel room. After travelling back home, I realized the gifts are missing. I couldn't figure out and thought I lost them on the way. So I didn't try to reach out to the hotel. Priyanka ( Fortune staff) , reached out to me out of the blues after a week or so and mentioned that my gifts were left in hotel room! I was so happy to know that they were kot lost! She took immense responsibility to look into the matter and sent all the stuff via courier. Honestly, I have never seen such responsible hospitality anywhere before. Thank you Priyanka! If you are planning for Kalimpong, go for Fortune resort. The entire staff team is great!

The food was absolutely amazing. Nikhil and Pritika were very warm and provided amazing hospitality. I loved the brocolli soup, the paneer butter masala, and the pumpkin pie. Thanks a lot! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Staff were great! Check-in was a breeze and my room had a mountain view. I loved everything about this hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere. “Great for a family trip! The pool area was clean and moreover stunning views, and top-notch amenities.

Our stay at fortune resort, kalimpong was really amazing!! Room was clean and cozyy provided with all stuffs (drinks,tea,snakcs).The location of hotel was perfect for exploring as all the tourist spot was near this hotel.Night view from hotel was peaceful. Beautiful interior , the staff at this hotel were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay,receptionist was very kind.The breakfast buffet was delicious and had variety of options.we had an amazing time at your hotel,enjoyed our stay.we will recommend this hotel to everyone to spend quality time with partners and their loved ones.Can't wait to come back!!

It was an excellent stay at ITC Fortune Kalimpong. All the staffs were courtesious and helpful. Very nice & maintained property. Great mountain view from room. Best hotel in Kalimpong with pool and Spa facility.Their food and overall service was just awesome.
