It was amazing experience. The staff were helpful specially Sneha and Vikram. Unfortunately we stayed for 1 day and we regret that.

Lovely stay at Fortune Resorts Kalimpong. The rooms are well maintained and spacious with every need taken care of. The in house dining restaurant Zodiac offers multi cuisine food and also chef cooks to order as per requirements. Special mention to Sneha and Bikram from Zodiac who took care of every aspect while dining. All in all a must visit place for a peaceful and serene stay in Kalimpong.

The establishment offers a captivating ambiance, with its elevated position providing a breathtaking view from the lawn. The spacious accommodations are an additional advantage. The culinary offerings are consistently delicious. I particularly commend the exemplary conduct of the entire staff, specifically Mr. Dipankar, Mr. Subhankar, and the Chef. My sincere appreciation to the team.

My recent anniversary vacation at the ITC Fortune Kalimpong was truly exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! ​From the very start, the booking process was seamless. We dealt with Pritam, the Sales Manager, who was incredibly professional and helpful. His excellent service set a wonderful tone for our entire stay. ​The entire hotel staff was cooperative and excellent across the board. Every single person, from the room service attendants to the hotel managers, treated us with warmth and professionalism. ​A very special mention goes to Shubhankar at the restaurant! He was outstanding, anticipating and assisting with our every need during meals. His attention was truly appreciated. We also have to mention Firoz, who was an innocent delight, always greeting us with the most genuine and infectious smile. ​One major highlight was the dining experience. The portions of all the meals were adequate, and the prices are really reasonable. This is a significant point—you definitely do not need to opt for a MAP (Modified American Plan) plan here, as the à la carte pricing is great value for money. ​We were also provided with a surprise platter, which was a lovely, thoughtful gesture that we thank the hotel for immensely! ​The entire stay was excellent. The exemplary service, reasonable pricing, and delightful staff truly made our anniversary vacation special and memorable. Thank you, ITC Fortune Kalimpong, for a fantastic experience!
