The best hotel in Kaliningrad! Very delicious breakfast with well trained servants like Lyia, she remembered our tastes for a week each morning! Big rooms with open space terraces Spa, sauna, fitness center and location of the hotel is great!!

As perfect as it gets. At the simplest end here, I got a 70-square-meter room that included a dining area, a sitting area, a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, and a walk-through room linking the bedroom with the master bathroom; that served as a place to keep your clothes. Plus a balcony. Mine had a splendid view of a lake (or, technically, a pond, but a lovely view day or night) and the city beyond. The room had a coffee station (Nespresso type) with coffee, sugar, and cream provided. The hotel also provided two bottles of water daily, which was much appreciated. The restaurant is fantastic, and the spa area a delight. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I arrived early, about three hours before check-in time, and they still checked me in in half an hour despite the hotel being filled to capacity. An absolutely fantastic, delightful, and amazing place to stay. Cannot recommend enough.

Прочитав восторженные отзывы, решили забронировать отель на долгожданный семейный отдых. Красивый номер, но все перечеркнуло то, что под окнами на летней террасе ресторана (как оказалось), с 5ти часов вечера громыхала музыка так, что в номере невозможно находиться. Об этом никто не предупреждал. Надеялись, что в единственном пятизвездочном дорогом отеле будет комфортно проводить вечера с семьей с видом на озеро. Но нет. До позднего вечера вынуждены слушать громкую музыку. На просьбу переселить - отказ, номеров нет. Разочарование ! О таких вещах следует предупреждать заранее, в описании отеля сказано, что он расположен в тихом месте. Это ужас и дискомфорт. И все это до позднего вечера, невозможно спать и находиться в номере, голова трещит.

Шикарный отель. Крепкие 5 звезд. Сервис обслуживание ресторан все выше похвал. Замечательный новогодний ужин. Великолепные завтраки. СПА так же на уровне. Конечно стоимость тоже соответствует качеству.

Доверили свой Новый год, данному отелю. Все было хорошо, но одно но - в игровой аниматор только разукрашивал лицо детям. Детьми некому было заниматься, как итог - моему ребенку сломали игрушечный меч, а девочке испортили платье. Ведущий обещал как-то решить ситуацию. Мы ушли раньше, я спросила будет ли она как то решена ? Послали на ресепшен (я думала , может, какую-то конфету, или что-то еще, чтобы чтобы ребенок не расстраивался. Что-то из того что могло бы успокоить ребенка). Я сначала не хотела писать жалобу и спросила как это можно решить . Пришел весьма пьяный мужчина. Который был в курсе ситуации. И сказал «это просто дети». Я объяснила , что у меня ребенок инвалид, и для него остро что подарок, который подарил Дед Мороз, сломали . Он начал издеваться надо мной что у меня ребенок инвалид. Пришла сотрудница и принесла бутылку алкоголя . В результате он его забрал (он мне был не особо и нужен), на что я обратила внимание. Он сообщил , что не надо было писать жалобу и тогда бы он решил бы, а так я ничего не заслуживаю. До написания жалобы я спросила как возможно решить ситуацию. Жалобу написала, за издевательства (что у меня ребенок инвалид), и просто стеб надо мной. Надеюсь сотрудник протрезвеет и ему будет стыдно. Для отеля такого уровня такое отношение к посетителям недопустимо и странно.

Хороший апарт-отель. Есть кухня, холодильник, вытяжка. В общем всё как положено. Анна на респешене просто золотце, объяснила, показала, вообще класс. Девочки знают своё дело ! Ресторан - шикарныый. Hoffmann надо посетить, но сразу понятно цены Московские, как и застройщик отеля, видимо)))
