Работники отеля не очень улыбчивы и не приветливые. Мы заказывали комнату на сутки, но по обстоятельствам нам понадобилось на двое суток, мы приехали раньше,чем планировали. Комнаты свободной не оказалось, вполне понятно, но извинений не последовало, вместо этого нам указали на дверь, сказали поищите в окрестности комнату, мы приехали ночью надо заметить. Вместо того, чтобы спросить или посмотреть сначала какую комнату мы бронировали, посмотреть и предложить другой вариант, не обязательно ту категорию,которую мы бронировали, нет, они сразу сказали мест нет, идите ищите другой отель. Ресторан- как столовая,с разной старой посудой, с дешевыми приборами, чашек не хватает,ждали пока помоются. На завтрак в основном салаты,как остатки с вечера.
Сейфа в комнате нет, напитки стоят не в холодильнике. Паутины на потолках(я не говорю про маленькие и не пыльные, это висят как ошметки на потолке!). Заказывали комнату с круглой кроватью, дали с обычной. Кровать ужасно жесткая! Такси сами вызывайте, мы не можем. Это отель максимум на три! звезды! А он считает себя четырехзвездным отелем!

Достоинства
Удобная локация, красивый отель, неплохой выбор еды на завтрак. Уютный номер.
Недостатки
За все время моего проживания не меняли набор с зубной щеткой/пастой, бутилированную воду тоже не предоставляли (только в день заселения).
На кровати пододеяльник с большим желтым пятном, прикрыт пледом, такое лучше выкидывать.
Уборка неполная, мусор выносили через раз.
