Right next to the road and train line so noisy, plus bay windows rattle constantly in the wind. Hot at night too as no air con.

Fabulous apartment within the heart of Kalk Bay. Guaranteed parking space (outdoors) and outstanding security on-site. Perfect location, allowing us to walk freely. Well equipped apartment with great amenities. Swimming pool and bathing area, also Spa on site. No views from room but small terrace area. Some noise from neighbours but not bad. Train hooting we got used to. Extremely comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.

A luxurious 2 story apartment in a unique security complex overlooking Kalk Bay Harbour. Fully fitted with fine furniture and equipment but only for fit persons because there are many stairs to climb. Very safe position with undercover parking right in the heart of this tourism haven.

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The booking process was very easy with very helpful staff. The location is perfect with a lovely view of the harbour and the world going by. There was absolutely no problem with noise. Having the coffee shop below was very convenient for breakfast. There are more than a dozen places to eat within a hundred metres and some shops to browse through. Having a secure parking space was very helpful. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and well kept. Having the enclosed balcony looking out to sea was a lovely place to sit. Hard to imagine a better place.

An Absolute gem! I booked the Majestic apartment for my parents; it was my mother's birthday and they just needed to escape for 24h. They still rant and rave about the wonderful, friendly service and how beautiful the apartment was. So clean and very up-market. I will recommend this place over and over. Thank you for making her birthday special.

wonderful stay at majestic kalk bay Chartfield were superb managers. They responded promptly to all problems. no complaints even under outages comfortable rooms, well equipped and wonderfully managed highly recommended

This is a must-visit venue! The Majestic Studio is absolutely perfect. This gorgeous little place was spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need to cater for yourself. The location is excellent with all of the best restaurants and coffee shops within short walking distance. I will definitely return during summer to take advantage of the pools in Kalk Bay. Chloe and Florian took great care of us ensuring that we had absolutely everything we needed.

Die Lage war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend in und um Kapstadt zu erkunden. Kleine Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Apartement ist großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet.Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler. Im Bad sind zu wenig Haken für Handtücher, Waschlappen etc. Und etwas nervig war das geklapper der Fenster. Nichtsdestotrotz kann man sich hier wohlfühlen und auch am Pool entspannen
