The overall property is a gem, but is need of some foundational maintenance.The views from the various pools, the design of the rooms and the aesthetic of the restaurant are very nice. The grape vines and bougainvillea trees definitely have that "Mediterranean" vibe. The bed is big with a nice red backlight to "set the mood". There is a great view of Kalkan with a veranda. That being said, the property is need of some foundational maintenance. The staff needs hospitality training. Aydin is not exactly the most inviting person. He pretty much asked for passport and payment, showed us the room with apathy. There are dogs (many not friendly) running around the property. The management is always hanging out in the communal lounge, and don't always greet you. It's weird. You feel like an uninvited guest in their house. It's not a "hotel". It's like an Airbnb with the host living next door, but not really in a helpful or reassuring way. No goodbye as we walk out of the hotel restaurant, but Aydin definitely asked for a review. And I'm giving one. For the first night we were there, the pool circulation was off. It wasn't until other guest arrived on our 2nd night that the pool circulate water. The first morning, we woke up to no electricity or water and if we didn't inquire I think it would have been business as usual. The 2nd and 3rd mornings, Aydin was trying to pressure us into "sharing an omelette". We just played the game the 1st time, but insisted on receiving our own individual omelette on the 3rd morning. It's little things like that lowers the rating of Su Butik.

The stay was peaceful as its not in the town centre with some great views. You get to see the whole of the city whilst eating breakfast and having coffee the staff are really frindy always smiling and happy if you need anything you just drop them a message and they get it done great place for peace and family relaxation. All staff are great aydn especially helped us with our food requirements as we are vegan and sorted out our excursions and taxis. Also great chef. Overall great food, spacious and clean room with great view. Would visit again.

Öncelikle aydın beye çok teşekkür ederim. Otele gelmeden rezervasyon sürecinden ayrılana kadar çok ilgiliydi. Ailemle kendimizi kendi evimizde gibi hissettik.odalar servis guleryuz anlatılmaz yaşanır demek istiyorum. Otelin konumu manzarası görülmeye değer kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir yer 🌸

Aile olarak kalkanda kısa bir konaklama yaptığımız Su butik otel için kısaca diyebileceğim tek şey mükemmel şeklinde özetleyebilirim. Özellikle Aydın bey oda ayarlamak için aradığımız andan, otelden çıkış anımıza kadar kısa tatilimizde bize kolaylık sağlayacak herşeyimizle birebir ilgilendi, Otel özellikle Jakuzili odalarda kalacaklar için tam bir Kalkan görsel şöleni sunuyor, Akşam gezilerde dönüşlerde terasta şezlongda uzanarak yada jakuzide vakit geçirerek dinlenmek müthiş keyifli, Kalkan dağ eteklerinde otele arabanızla gitmenizi öneririm.

Biz 2 cocuk ve anne baba olarak 4 kisi en ust kattaki 2 odadan birinde Agustos ayinda kaldik. Rezervasyon yapmadan once Aydin Bey ile konusurken usenmedi sagolsun goruntulu arama ile bize odayi göstermişti. Henuz gitmeden canli canli gormus olduk. Oda degil aslinda 1+1 kocaman bir ev. Oradan rahatca 1 daire daha cikar. 2 banyosu var, onlar da cok genis, ikisinde de dolap var. Bazi yerler otellerin eskilerini alip kullaniyor, ama burada havlular yepyeni ve temiz. Verdikleri şampuan, dus jeli gibi seyler bile guzeldi, genelde kullanmayiz, burada kullandik. Terasinda jakuzisi temiz ve çalışıyor, çocuklar cok keyif aldi. Mutfağı son derece yeterli. Firin, ocak var ama hic kullanmadik. Buzdolabı, su ısıtıcısı temiz ve çalışıyor. Dolaplar tertemiz. Salonda cekyati açıp yatak olarak hazirlamislardi. 2.cocugum icin de baska bir yatak hazırlamışlardi salonda. Cok rahat ettik. Salonda somine var, yazin gittigimiz icin kullanmadik. Yatak odasi ve salonda klima var. Mobilyalar yeni ve guzel. Bol cekmece beni mutlu etti. Terasi en keyifli yerdi bizim icin. Manzarasi bir harika. Ev yukarida oldugu icin geceleri havasi cok guzel oluyor, hafif esintili ve kuru bir havasi var. Terasta rahatca uyunur bile. Kahvaltiyi odaya getiriyorlar. Mamzaraya karsi cok keyifli. Çeşidi de miktari da fazla fazla yetiyor. Genel havuzu derin, herhalde 1.80 gibi. Oranin da manzarasi bir harika. Aydin Bey bize tekne turu ayarladi, bir kac defa arayip memnun olup olmadigimizi sordu. Bir aksam otelde mangala davet etti, dışarıda oldugumuz icin katılamadık. Kendisi son derece misafirperver, guler yuzlu, yardim sever biri. Rahatimiz için elinden geleni yapti. Ayrildiktan sonra odada bir sey unutmusuz, arayip soyledi. Geri donup aldik. Zaten tum personel cok yardimsever ve guler yuzlu. Kahvaltimizi getiren 2 bayan da oyle. Otelden de personelden de memnun kaldik.

Ailece 3 gece konakladık. Temiz ve geniş odalari, konforluydu. Deniz manzaralı odası çok harikaydı. En beğendiğim tarafı kahvaltının odaya gelmesi ve balkonda manzaralı yiyebilmek. Havuz yeterli ama çocuklar için biraz derin. İşletme sahibi çok ilgiliydi. Çok memnun kaldık.

Посетили Отель с супругой, и мягко говоря разочарованы посещением. Плюсы: хороший вид и сожалению на этом все. Минусы: все началось с того, что забронировали номер с джакузи однако по приезду обнаружили что нас хотят заселить в обычный номер, ничего доказать не смогли, однако за отдельную доплату почти в 4000 лир нас все таки заселили на 3 дня из 8 дней в номер с джакузи(который в итоге нормально не работает), за неделю в номере не убирали ни разу, полотенца меняют только по просьбе, на стенах в номере плесень от сырости, бассейн не мыли ни разу, на завтрак приносят почему то только один амлет на двоих, причём остальное наполнение завтрака оставляет желать лучшего. Подносы после завтрака так и остаются в номере, никто их не забирает. Отель расположен на горе, до моря пешком добраться невозможно, стоимость от отеля до ближайшего пляжа 80-100 лир.
