It was my 3rd time stay at Ghonday in Kaluk. My 1st stay in this property was in june'2014, next i stayed here in 01/2019 and now in this month. It's pity that my latest stay with this property didn't satisfy as per my expectations. What I like most : 1) good room with good view. Ghonday has been maintaining this since long. All are neat and clean with charming decoration. What I didn't like : 1) Food. Holidaying with good food makes the life enjoyable. But, i didn't get that this time. And I had same experience in my last stay in 2019 also. Food options are limited and not testy. I suggest a good cook in this matter. Most of the travellers are from west bengal- so there should be an option as per their appetite. Making good food doesn't require good ingredients always, what actually necessary is good hand. 2) due to a software glitch, wrong bill was generated before our checkout. It takes a lot of time and patience from our end to solve the issue. This thing should be avoided and there should be alternate way to solve this hiccups.
