Very clean apartments with a lovely view of the sea. The host is very kind and courteous and always on hand if you require anything. The beds are comfy and the air con was a god send as it’s been so hot. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Recommend highly 🇬🇷☀️😃

Great venue for base walking distance to village and beach.Our second stay and facilities been upgraded.Great views.Quite a steep slope down to the village.Owner amenable to help with any problems and will help with booking taxis etc

Francois, the host, is welcoming & helpful. The apartments are spacious, clean & have fantastic views of the beach & town. Very fair pricing & 5 mins from the centre of Kalives. Highly recommended by Sleaford Snails who took 6 apartments for 11 days.

One and two bedroom apartments good for a base to explore local amenities.Kalives is a lovely busy little village lots of bars and restaurants. Chania is only a bus ride away for three euros.The new owner of apartments is very friendly and helpful.

Our Walking Football team & wives visited Kalyves in Sep 22 & were housed in the Erodios Apartments. A charming & helpful staff who greeted us with complimentary beers at midnight when we arrived!!! Comfortable, clean & spacious rooms at very good prices. Only 3 mins walk from Kalyves Centre which is a lively village with numerous bars, restaurants & the beach is sandy, with warm shallow water, restaurants & bars lining the edge. I have travelled extensively in the Med, and Erodios Apartments compares very, very favourably. Friendly, helpful with some great views. It is worth contacting the owner, Francois, who will do his utmost to make your stay enjoyable. We will go back next year for certain.

This is a small apartment block but the owner is very friendly & helpful. The rooms are very clean & lots of little extras like soap & dish washing soap provided. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Kalives.

The team at Erodios were amazing. We needed last minute accommodation the team went above and beyond to get rooms ready. The room has everything you need including beach towels which most other hotels charge for. Great black out curtains if you want a lay in and the little kitchenette although we didn’t use it had everything you need even salt and pepper. Kalyves is a beautiful little village I only wish we had discovered it earlier on our trip to Crete. Although a slightly dated hotel it is extremely charming and worth the price.
