Poor room maintenance and disappointing service
Upon checking in at midnight, I found the air conditioner leaking and the floor already damaged . Initially, the staff only said to repair . It was only after I firmly complained that ,they finally agreed to a new room change.
I was exhausted from a late-night arrival, and being forced to wait or deal with repairs at that hour was unacceptable. Hotels should conduct thorough room inspections before guests arrive, and management should prioritize guest comfort by offering immediate solutions. It was a very inconvenient experience to move rooms in the middle of the night.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.There is a minimum of equipment provided, but it is recommended that you bring your own.

receptionist looks so mean and inattentive to the customers. Also, the way they speak is a bit rude. The worst hotel I have ever stayed.

Best location with all great famous restaurants and bars around. Reception, housekeeping, room services are five stars. If the restaurant staff are more cheerful and attentive, I could give a full marks on service. Breakfast is nice too.

Friendly staff, nice pool. Breakfast was passable but nothing special.
Biggest complaint - despite all rooms being non smoking, my room absolutely STANK of stale cigarettes. They offered me a can of air freshener spray which covered up the issue for all of 10 minutes. By the time I checked out all my clothes had picked up the smell of stale smoke and made everything in my suitcase smell too.
