The hot spring was great. My back pain was cured. I was happy with how the hostess greeted me and saw me off. The sweets and tea in the room were delicious.

Available on Saturday and Sunday at the end of April. The course was based on the room type. The room is spacious and Japanese style! I had asked for deodorization in advance, so I wasn't worried about the odor in the room, but when I went out into the hallway, I could smell the smoking smell from some room. In this day and age, I think it would be a good idea to at least separate smoking and non-smoking areas for each floor. . . The food was okay, and the flavor of the soup stock was delicious. Is the overall volume insufficient? Personally, I found the bath water warm and comfortable. Here's a particularly bad point. First of all, the top shelf of the changing basket in the public bath was covered in dust. It's at a height that makes you want to put your luggage, but I noticed it just before I put it down. It's completely at eye level, so please be careful about that. Next, there is a charge for ice. This was the first time I had to pay to get ice at a hotel. I wish they had at least an ice maker. Next is the air conditioner in the room. It was the type where you could only switch between high and low settings, but apparently the heating and cooling settings for the entire building were determined by default, and when I stayed there, the heating was still set, so I couldn't cool down the room after taking a bath. . . Even though it's a long-established store, it's a bit inconvenient. Although the people's response was good, I wish the facilities at the inn were a little better.

宿泊利用ではなく、セット旅行の「昼食」と「温泉入浴」場所としての利用です。コロナ禍でもあり、観光バスも我々の１台のみで、空いていた。温泉大浴場は単に広いと云うだけで、清潔さは感じたが・・・これも「普通」程度のものでした。バスタオルは４００円も支払わないと貸与してくれないし、貴重品ロッカーはごく小さなもので女性ならバッグ毎入れることは出来ない程度のものだし、盗難リスクに対するセキュリティは「最低」クラス。我々は食事会場に靴を置いてスリッパでの温泉入浴なので良かったが、靴を履いて行くとまたまたロッカー代が１００円、しかも手指消毒はうるさく云うもののスリッパに「個人識別」札とかを添付する訳でもなく、極めて杜撰、こんなに空いているからいいものの、混んでたら誰のスリッパか判別出来ない、頭隠して尻隠さずの見本みたいな感染対策の場所。これで料理がダメなら当然✖５で〇等一つも付かないのだが、料理だけは期待値よりも遥かに「良かった」。但し、配膳とかに対する気配りは全くダメ、常に「奥の座席」から配るから最初に座った私達は一番後回し、しかも我々は食べるのが早い男性、手持無沙汰、口無沙汰、待ってる時間が長い、こう云うことも臨機応変に対応する能力が職員に無い、３０数名だから一斉に出せ、とは云わない、が、もう少し段取りと周囲の様子を観察して対応する能力は職員としては有していて当然なのに。ご飯の御代わり等の聞き取りも極めて鈍感、見て廻っていれば誰が早く終わっているかが解りそうなものなのに・・・相変わらず、金になるアルコール類の注文取りには熱心、これはどこの料理屋でも一緒だが・・・飲むのはほんの数人程度、金儲けばかりに精出さなくても後回しにしても良い程度の人数、そんなに稼ぎたいのか？そばで値段聞いていても真に「ぼったくり」価格。本心は〇１つ程度の評価なのだが、料理内容だけは品数、味、量共に良かったので、かろうじと〇３の普通の評価。

じゃらんで予約し京都プロジェクトを利用してチェックインしましたが、チェックイン後、フロントから部屋に電話があり、じゃらんでの予約は京都プロジェクトが利用できないのでフロントで予約をキャンセルしますが、予約した同額での宿泊になります。との案内があり宿泊しましたが、チェックアウト時に、予約した金額より上乗せした金額での宿泊代を請求されました。同額と聞いていたことを説明しましたが、上乗せされた金額で宿泊代を支払わされました。チェックイン時にフロントできちんとした説明もなく、京都プロジェクトは通常価格より上乗せして請求されます。怖い宿、気をつけてください。
