This hotel is good old aged hotel, but very excellent in services , food, indoor hot spring for men and women(separate) , Utari/open air (mixed male & female use with trunk/pant/tsukino for men and seirei/ tsubaru provided at no cost). Will certainly stay again when coming to Daisetsuzan National Park next time.

Good location. Easy access from Asahikawa
It will have a better service rating if they can provide more trips shuttle service to and from hotel, especially during freezing winter season. Instead of a shuttle from Asahikawa station, which is more than one and half hour drive, Kamikawa station is about half an hour .
Rooms need overhaul. There is no storage space for your clothes.
Foods and dining areas also need to be upgraded. Foods are not up to resort standards for the price we paid. The layout of the dining areas and the foods can be better.

Large hotel room, clean and tidy but a bit old. Air con was not functioning much so need a fan. No special view from hotel room, was facing mountain / car park side. Limitrd car park space at hotel, but they could arrnage shuttle bus connecting a public parking area. Busy hotel restaurant, which means long queue for food. Hotel staff are nice and can speak english. Mixed onsen, but the floor of onsen was not even, difficult to walk through.

Most of the buffet food were without covers. Saw a few people cough into the food. Bad score for food hygiene

Close to the festival location, approximately 5-10 minutes away, and a 10-minute walk to the bus stop. The room is spacious, the room features a regular bath along with a “bath tub.” Besides, there's a mixed public bath, which is outdoors—I was truly amazed by it. I’ve reserved a room for four people.

Very old hotel, the restaurant wasn't open during our stay for dinner, receptionist no able communicate simple English, hot springs floor in very slippery and the water is murky...
