The cleanliness of the room is average. The building itself is old, but it is clean. The receptionist was also kind. The bathroom in the room feels old, but there is a large public bath in the building, so if you mainly use that, I don't think there is anything to be concerned about. However, there are some issues with the design of the room, such as being able to hear voices from the next room. I was satisfied with the breakfast buffet.

I booked a room with a mountain view, so the view wasn't great, but the hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and I was very impressed! The open-air bath was also good. However, I don't think it was a hot spring. It would have been better if it was a hot spring, but maybe that's just the nature of the location. There was also karaoke, so I used it. It was a lot of fun. The view of the ocean from the terrace was amazing.

It had a strange seasoning that reminded me of egg mayonnaise. ・Ume mochi It is a Japanese sweet of rice cake with sweet bean paste, but it was delicious. ・Hajikami ☑︎Daimono Kazusa beef steak Butter King oyster mushroom Young corn Carrot Asparagus The meat was quite fatty and had a lot of marbling. ☑︎Substitute bowl - Beef stew The beef was a firm loin-like meat. The kelp in question was like a sprinkle that you could sprinkle on. ☑︎Soup Crab miso soup This was also self-service and all-you-can-drink. ☑︎Desert Old pudding, apple jelly, strawberry, baumkuchen The baumkuchen had a mysterious almond taste. Beer 1000 yen, lemon sour 770 yen The prices were a little on the high side. I think the portions were adequate. People with picky eating may have a hard time. [Breakfast] Salads, some sashimi and grilled fish, bread, omelette, small side dishes (quite substantial), conch curry, desserts and fruit, fried food, steamed vegetables, porridge, rice and side dishes The coffee was machine-brewed. There was a lot of healthy food and a good selection, but it wasn't really suitable for children. It didn't feel out of place in the type of clientele this hotel had, and I personally thought it was perfect.

I made a reservation the day before for work and stayed there suddenly, but the room in the annex had a bad view and was leftovers, but the room was clean and tidy. The food was buffet style with breakfast but no dinner, but there was a lot of variety and it was delicious. If I have the chance to go again, I would like to stay with dinner included. The hotel staff was very friendly, there was a hot spring, and the food was delicious, so I can recommend this hotel.

There is a shuttle bus from Awa-Amatsu Station. If you are coming from Tokyo, the Boso Skyline is a good option. It is located by the sea and the view from the rooms is nice. Some parts have been renovated, but overall it is old. It was unique that they served smoothies and sweets for breakfast. You can also enjoy local seafood.
