I stayed in a Japanese-style room with an open-air bath on the 5th floor, but it is not generally an open-air bath. I think it's better not to call it an "open-air bath" because it gives a bad impression. The room is not large. It is the making of a room of about 8 tatami mats in an old inn. The public bath (male) was empty if you chose the time. The weak point here is that the room is small and it is not a modern building, but I think that it is a satisfying inn if you enjoy free drinks and meals as the main. I plan to revisit.
