ZARA GARDENS WAS AN EXCELLENT HOTEL CHOICE AND THE STAFF WERR SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

This is the second time I booked this hotel. I am generally satisfied, but not as satisfied as the first time.
The hotel has good security and I feel safe staying here.
The interior design of the hotel is good, but some facilities are a bit old.
The hotel service is not satisfactory. The sewer has been a bit blocked, and it has not been repaired even after feedback. The water temperature is speechless, either very hot or very cold.
The speed and attitude of the hotel staff in handling problems are not very good, and they always shirk responsibility.

The attitude of the staff in this hotel is very good. Both the receptionist and the waiters in the restaurant are polite. All good , room, WiFi and food was great. The view is splendid and it’s quiet which is rare in Kampala. Easy distance to US embassy and lots of uber rides to get across town. I would recommend the Zara if you are on a business trip. Depending on the time of year Kampala can have a few mosquitos so ask the hotel to give you a spray can they gave me a mosquito guard which was great.

This has good hospital with staff, this hotel has proven to be of the international standard which could support in attracting more customers. I trust this has not been with us alone but it has gone beyond boundaries, this has made us happy to leave and painful to go out.

The hotel and the service were quite nice, if not excellent! Eventhough I didn't have the opportunity to go out and explore the city, it is in an excellent location. Also, if you go, please don't forget to go to the 7th floor were they have a rooftop and you can see the sunset and sunrise, as all the Kampala city. It's a beautiful view. Also, take notes: The Spa and the Gym are in the G floor. The main Restaurant is also in the G floor. The rooftop (7th floor) also have a restaurant, quite good I can say.
