Champs Elysees King Studio + Corner Sunset View

The room was clean, instructions for self check-in was detailed, clear & easy to check-in. View from room is great! But we were disappointed that only 2 beds had bedsheets eventhough requested for 3 beds. The other single bed did not have a bedsheet on it. The pillow case had a discomforting smell. Areas for improvement: Toilet roll was not really sufficient as almost ran out. Should at least provide 2 full rolls. There was no shampoo provided, only body wash.

We paid for an extra person with a bed .. when we arrived the beddings and mattress cover etc was not available.. . When they came to resolve the issue it was almost midnight and we told them that it’s too late and shouldn’t come anymore due to our early start of 4:30 am for a triathlon race. All in all a very disappointing stay

Being told by the hotel the check in process is different as we will need to collect the key for the check in. However, the overall stay is good
