Clean and well located . Gentle and responsive staff. Amenities seem old and dated ( position of shower knobs can’t be accessed unless you stand below shower) , had unfortunate incident of bathroom getting locked and unable to open and it was 2am typed . Staff did come and fix it within 5-7 minutes but was scary considering the hour.

Service and facilities are great. I really enjoy the food (they have recently changed the chef and food quality remains very very good). Every time I come back, I'm delighted with the staff reception and quality of service. They are the best

best resort in guwahati the food was great the service was great, nice and clean everybody was polite and professional, room was nice i really like the service especially luxury on point, worth the money you are spending, yes its expensive but its a 5 star resort you will not get disappoint trust me after staying there ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ i will rate 11 out of 10

The room was great. Staffs were courteous. But several facilities mentioned like swimming pool, steam bath and sauna were not available for use. The swimming pool was quite dirty. Steam bath and sauna facilities were unavailable. Complementary breakfast offered was absolutely horrible. The cloud 7 restaurant of the hotel also served quite low quality food and the quantity served was also very less

The location, ambience, food and everything was good except for the housekeeping part. The linens had stains on them and looked dirty, the bathroom was also not that clean compared to the price we paid. Didn't even touch the buckets and mugs cu z the condition was yuck! overall, housekeeping department should improve on their part

The check in process was very smooth and short, the hotel premises were fully air-conditioned and the staff were very helpful overall it was a nice experience to staying in hotel nakshatra

The staff were amazing and the location is the prime. The security guards have done a great job and even the errand boy did a great job. The breakfast was ok but needs to improve overall and the menu can be look into. Bath towels are a bit used to so it can be replaced with some new ones and the bed sheets too. Overall it was good experience. The great aspect of thishotel is the humble welcoming nature of the staff. Thank u for the great hospitality. Looking forward to book again

When i entered the room, i shocked. Because the room was not as expected there on such amount of price i paid. In other words, it was overpriced. The room and bathroom was found with a little bit bad smell. For this, i used my personal body spray to banish this bad smell.
