It is not my first time to visit the Dormy Inn chain with the onsen available in every hotel. As always, the room is spacious and clean, and the onsen has both indoor and outdoor bath. It is within 2 minutes walk from Kanazawa station with easy access. There are numerous washing machines (free of charge!) and dryers available, so you don’t have to queue for washing machines if you had a long trip and need your clothes to be washed. There is a wall of manga outside the onsen and washing area for killing time. I will definitely continue to choose Dormy Inn if available.

Hotel is close to the station, just a straight walk for about 10 minutes. It is located at the main road and in front of the hotel is a bus stop, easy for travellers to use and go around Kanazawa. Close to Omicho Market as well. The room is spacious, got feet massager, face steamer and normal amenities such as hair dryer and humidifier. The bathroom is also spacious. Would love to come back and stay here again if we got the chance!

Clean and thoughtful set up. Well equipped kitchenette. With brand new dish sponge and kitchen towel ( items often overlooked at other service apartment hotels). Spacious lounge area that had free flow beverages in the evening during our stay. Competent breakfast but lack variety as there was no change in menu during our 3 days stay. You can access the restaurants in the same building via the escalator in the shared outdoor area next to the restaurant. Location is superb as it’s a short mostly sheltered walk to Kanazawa station

Conveniently located across Kanazawa station, the hotel is easily accessible. Glad to see the mountain view from my hotel room. The breakfast spread is fantastic! As my stay was during the colder month of December, consistent hot water at the turn of the tap without any wait is really good! My only complain is that the central aircon system is not pushing out enough air, even at highest speed, making the night feel stuffy.

After doing a bit of research for this part of my family's trip to Japan over Christmas, Kanazawa was high on our list (now Top 25 places to go this year according to National Geographic!). So glad we stayed there. Look no further than a walk outside of Kanazawa Station (buses and trains easily accessible) and go to Hyatt Centric. Amazing location in terms of accessibility (the city itself is quite walkable or you can do the loop buses from there). The amenities and room were top notch. Staff were amazing everywhere, their take on breakfast was also done well with a mix of local Kanazawan cuisine, Japanese dishes, and Western dishes. Rooftop Bar was also nice. Rooms were also very affordable compared to other cities in Japan for what some might consider a higher quality. Already planning our next family trip and plan to go here again.

Location: very conveniently located right besides the bus stop for buses back and forth from Kanazawa station as well as other major touristy spots. But even walking wise everything including Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa castle, the famous districts & also just 2-3 min walk to Omiya shrine Hotel & Room standard: Elegantly classy and very contemporary rooms. Size was also pretty good and comfortable enough for 2 people for standard room. Room amenities are also very good and the Public bath at top also looks quite fancy. Staff service: Was very very impressed with the staff service. I think everyone spoke & understood basic English to assist with any questions. Furthermore they even have great personalised hotel brochures for restaurants and spots nearby the hotel and what cuisine each offered which I found very helpful. Overall an easy 5/5 stay

This is a well-located and very clean hotel. We had little interaction with the staff but we had no need to. There is coffee in the lobby for guests and you can borrow an umbrella if needed. It was a short walk to Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen Gardens, Omicho Fish Market and the Samurai district from this hotel. The tea district is also walkable but a little further. I would stay here again.

The hotel that we stayed in was SUPERB!! Its very ideal for us having kids as the hotel is situated few minutes walk from the station plus the underpass that protects us from cold since we are not used to a very cold/snowy winter plus closed to restaurants and convenient stores. The staff were all friendly, polite and respectful. They’re all lovely and helpful! We had a spacious and tidy room as well making as feel comfortable and gave us a complete relaxation after a whole day activity. My best stay in Japan by far in a whole month through the country. Price was excellent for all the service and quality the hotel has. The staff is extremely helpful and very kind. I’ve never seen such a level of cleanness in absolutely every corner. The spa included is a big plus. The bed was very comfortable and I didn’t expected such good size of the capsule. Having fridge and chance to heat food is very considerate too. The location is simply perfect and the whole place is very silent (even relaxing music played all times). I will definitely come back!
