I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unacceptable conditions I experienced during my recent stay at the hotel, My booking was made through your platform under my name. Upon arrival on the night of, I was immediately concerned by the state of the hotel premises. The lobby was dimly lit with only a single small light source, creating a hazardous environment. Due to the inadequate lighting, I was forced to use the flashlight on my mobile phone to navigate to the elevators. The conditions within my assigned room were even more alarming and fell far below acceptable standards of hygiene and comfort. Specifically, I encountered the following issues: * Bed Bugs: The presence of bed bugs was evident in the bedding. It is totally worthless for the payment made by me please remove this hotel from your platform since it will reflect your credentials.

Hotel was not clean shady place with no amenities like towel soap shampoo nothing was provided it was better to stay on road than that hotel
