I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott MWC Chennai. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. A special mention to Sarathi, who provided excellent service while serving food. He was polite, attentive and made sure we had a great dining experience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Overall Good service and experience. On time room service, Good security guards with a smiling face, Especially food and care by your staffs are too good. Like to mention the a person name Mr.Sarathi. I got a good service and support from him.

The property is nice. Hospitality was excellent. Service at breakfast desk was awesome. IsEven I was running short of time and plan to skip the breakfast but their restaurant staff Mr sarathi ensured that the order which was placed to be served in 5minutes. Thanks to him. It was a delighted experience.

Rooms are average for that cost, and the room service need to improve by providing all the things on time and ensuring the daily needs in the room, and hospitality is good, Foods are excellent and the way of treating and serving is outstanding, and chef Mr. MUTHU and Mr. SARATHI has taken care of our group and they provide us very good service and foods based on our taste, On the overview Good and service in extraordinary Room and service is average Thanks.

Over all stay experience was really good. Food served by them was delicious.Chef Athira Ramesh was attending all the guest with personal attention . Rooms are absolutely need and clean and comfortable, well lit. My stay was for one night,this is what I experienced.

We visited the restaurant cafe story for a dinner out on my hubby's birthday. We had the dinner buffet there and the spread was awesome. The varieties in starters and main courses was excellent in the taste and quality was mouth watering. Chef Athira and Chef Vignesh who were very friendly with us and were so keen in helping us and the dishes they made for my 8 year old kid was wonderful. Thank you guys for the awesome service. Will visit you back soon.
