В номере было очень грязно. Дверная ручка в туалете поломана, а замок вообще отсутствует. Грязная душевая кабина и стены в туалете в коричневых пятнах. Светильник не работает. Матрас весь в жёлтых пятнах. Везде очень много пыли, как будто там вообще не убирают. И это номер за 3500р

Сервис ниже плинтуса - по предварительной брони не смогли зарегистрироваться, с дороги прождали 40 минут, весь персонал был занят в кафе. Подходили трижды, ответ один: "подождите чуть-чуть" - так и не дождались, заселились в другой отель.

Были проездом, решили остановиться на ночлег. Ванные принадлежности и тапочки есть. Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак, приятный персонал. Были с небольшой собачкой. Завтрак нам принесла Елена, которая предложила кашу ещё и нашему питомцу. Остались довольны
