Best place with best room view, very clean and very kind people and friendly staff and good food in the restaurant There is no internet connection in the rooms but in this place you don't need to use your phone Its a very relaxing place i really recommend it Yazan & layan

Really good environment and excellent service from the staff and specially Restaurant Manager Krishantha.. very friendly. Very Clean rooms arranged by Samanthi. If you need to get a village experience this is the best place to come along with kids and family.

Better if can serve food with warmer than we had. Hard to reach to the restaurant when rainy days. Meals are not tasty and should have various selections Friendly hotel crew was there and appreciate it Had good time and the garden and the view quite fine

Peaceful, very relaxed and wonderful location. friendly staff and food was awesome. Worth for the money. Highly recommended. Kids enjoyed a lot. Really appreciated the way they have arranged the accommodation for the driver without prior informing them.

The location and resort is realy nice. However the service and maintenance of the facility was not good. The quality of the food was realy poor and the rooms are not well maintained with poor amenities. Would not recommend for more than 1 night.

Very good location and friendly helpful staff ensured we had an enjoyable stay for one night as part of a private drive tour round Sri Lanka. Food was fine, but not exceptional, buffet style with penty of options. Rooms large and generally well equipped. Quiiet so had a good nights sleep. The first step up to our chalet 102 was much higher than the norm making access a bit of a challenge.

Lake front villas are the best. Rooms are spacious but need maintenance. WiFi was not working throughout the resort, the staff mentioned that they are working on upgrading WiFi. Food was tasteless for us but could change based on your taste pallet.

Review Pros • nice architecture from the outside. Inside , not so nice. Towels and bedsheet at a tad jaded. Cons • Poor service. You need to remind staff 2-3 times to get what you ask for (e.g., hot water, coffee, or smaller change). • buffet dinner is served cold. Even tho we showed up at 7.30pm when the restaurant just opened. • Despite the restaurant being only 20% full, service is slow and inefficient. You don’t get what you request and you need to remind them again and again. Do stay at any place but not here.
