Nice Location & Nice Hospitality provided by Ritish . Location is perfect & awesome in coorg. Hotel is surrounded by plantation of cofee trees . Theme of restaurant & hotel is really nice one

We have just come back from an excellent stay of 3N here. It is a 2 year old property and maintained really well. Some people who made the stay very comfortable were Karan, Zuili, Anushka, Rakshith, Pankaj, Chefs Aniruddha and Surya and also all the Buggy Drivers. Pankaj was my saviour who gave me immediate first aid on a leech bite. I am glad I chose this resort over some others that were recommended. It is big, clean and spacious and has something for everyone to do of all ages. Even minor complaints are taken very seriously and attended to. Some constructive suggestions for the Restaurant where we had our breakfast and dinners - 1) There should be a salt and pepper bottle on all tables by default. Had to ask for it every time we sat there. 2) The live kitchen area is a good concept but the tables in the centre have to bear the brunt of all the tadkas and grills and for someone who is allergic like me it meant sneezing all the time at a meal. You need to have a glass partition, period ! It has been a lovely experience. Keep it up !!

Just another We five TRIP. A Very good property. Our room was 2nd second Category. A big Room having separate sitting arrangement and a balcony with a big bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Very good in size. Well furnished. 108 room property in a jungle and coffee plantation. Wisely spread. Buggy for internal travel. Good quality food, with good breakfast spread. The weather was excellent. A little rain and very cool throughout the day. We had to switch off the AC the day We reached. Good and friendly staff. The highlight was the Quant Spa. I have had spa treatments all over the world but the experienced I had here fir a special coffee oil massage with five different combination style was one of a kind. Ruth who gave me the treatment was excellent and would highly recommend anyone visiting this property to definitely experience this treatment for sure. Now Some suggested improvements. The Toilet area doesn't have door nor ventilation which is surprising. Very uncomfortable. Though staff is friendly still service was lousy, In breakfast the fruit platters were empty and only 1 person was there cutting fruits and filling platters. He was never able to get all the fruits available even after 40 minutes. Such a big property and they did not have Green Olives. Whenever buggy was required or pre- booked they never came on time even after reminder. We sincerely hope they will improve on it. Overall a good experience.
