This hotel is on a mountain a little distance from Kandy Lake. Ctrip shows that the distance is less than one kilometer, but if you want to walk back to the hotel from the lake at night, you still need some courage. The street lights are sometimes there and sometimes not. The key is that you have to turn in from the main road for more than a hundred meters, and the chance of encountering stray dogs is relatively high. The hotel is on a mountain close to the roadside. At night, the sound of cars going up is very loud. There may be a bar nearby, and the music is very loud until very late. The network signal is too poor, and the WIFI is sometimes available. The hotel facilities and equipment are outdated. The glass panel of the washbasin was unstable. I put my phone there after using the toilet and it suddenly tilted and slid. Fortunately, I was quick, otherwise the loss would be great. I fought with mosquitoes at night and killed two of them. I didn't sleep all night. The hotel manager was a gentle killer. He stopped us to have breakfast, including a fried egg, a grilled sausage, a few pieces of fruit, and a small glass of non-freshly squeezed orange juice. The bill was 3,200 rupees per person.
