This is the worst stay ever . I made a booking thru trip.com and made payment one month ago before my travel , but as I arrived around 8pm the whole place was closed and dark . I called the number stated ,a woman answered the call and I mentioned to her that I’m outside of the hotel. She didn’t even say anything and hang up . I literally waited for 15-30 mins and kept calling them just for them to ignore my calls . After 30 mins of calling them out from outside .. 2 young boys and a woman came out from the premise to inform their hotel is fully booked and they didn’t receive the booking. I told them I made payment and showed the confirmation booking number and so on yet they countinued to say this is my managers mistake and he is not around. We spoke to the so called manager and he easily said look for another accommodation and I can’t do anything . Then when I insisted them to refund my money they decided to give me a room by saying Owh I have a local booking tomorrow so I will cancel that and give you guys this room to compensate for the mistake my manager did . To be honest there wasn’t any manager involved . It was their premise and when I went up to the room the owner was literally hiding . The whole place was messy , bad and I hated the stay here . They kept reminding me not to give bad review but this is to avoid you all going thru such bad experiences during your travel . Good day
