The hotel is close to center and many attractions They have flexible check in and out times and so kindly to change my room when requested within few minutes Room is very spacious and clean having attractive view When it comes to food they have average spread and on that particular day there were lot of Indian guests and they given food priority to Indian menus. Can give 3 out of 5 for food since some items were not that good enough considering testy level.

I booked a dinner buffet for my family to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and the entire experience—from reservation to the event—was seamless, thanks to the exceptional support of the staff. The food was absolutely delicious, and the warm, friendly service made the evening even more special. My parents were truly delighted! A big shoutout to the entire team, especially Mr. Nishantha, for going above and beyond to make the day memorable for all of us. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I stayed a night at the Swiss residence and the experience was amazing and unforgettable. We got a room with the city & mountain view. Cheers to the staff they were so friendly and helpful. The food was great too. We will visit again for sure! Highly Recommended!!

The hotel is really well located and we had an overall really pleasant stay at the Swiss Residence Kandy. The staff was really friendly and helpful also in regards to sightseeing as it was our first time in Sri Lanka. The food was great and I would definetly come back here again for two nights!!

The people here are so polite and helpful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Rooms, Food, Views everything is top notch 😇 Pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM ! Stay with your family and enjoy the experience ! Highly recommended to all 🫡 Thank you for the very good experience
