Extremely disappointing experience. While the location of the resort is undeniably beautiful, that’s where the positives end. The place was filthy—far from what you'd expect from a decent stay. What made things worse was the staff, who seemed intoxicated and unprofessional. There weren’t even the most basic necessities available—no proper bedding, no clean washrooms, and the rooms were in terrible condition. When it rained, water literally came through the roof and soaked the bed. This place is a disaster and completely unworthy of its location. Avoid unless you're okay with zero comfort and zero responsibility from the management.

Nous avions réservé une grande chambre, nous en avons eu une petite. Pas de drap sur le lit, propreté limite. Cependant la vue est très belle sur la ville de kandy. Petit déjeuner généreux, et personnels de l’hôtel plutôt accueillant. L’hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs
