We loved our stay at the cinnamon citadel. The hotel and the amazing pool were perfect for relax time after sightseeing the area. The view was amazing and calm. The service was impeccable, we enjoyed dinner and music every evening and finally stayed longer than planned.

We had a nice stay. The facilities are not new but very clean and well maintained. It's a bit far out, so you'll need to take a ride anywhere.

Pros:
-Great location, beautiful view of the river
-Wonderful dinner buffet
Cons:
-Check in took close to an hour as they couldn’t find my booking. Had to reach out to trip.com for help. That said trip customer service is excellent
-Rooms are quite old and had a musky smell

Excellent hotel with a great location, view and very friendly staff. Very tasty varied breakfasts and dinners a la carte. The room is like a villa, cozy.
Of the minuses - bed bugs bit((( but this did not spoil the holiday.
