我投訴前台人員不通事理，第一天訂的房及廁所壞了，雖然有報修，短期修不好，我想說換房就好不計較，等到有房也下午1500了，結果第二天我說可否晚半個小時退房（1430），我在處理公事，結果不准，這是規定，氣死我了！
服务：其他兩位都不會就只有這個人，服務特差，感覺好像不干我的事，每次我出差都在這裡住，好多次了，還有一次住七天，還這樣對我，怒！

一進酒店就有一股淡淡的香味，聞着很舒服，酒店裝修看起來也很新，衞生乾淨，總之這次住的很舒心，值得推薦。

位置在縣城中心，和超市共用一個入口。房間電視和空調都是壞的，吹了半天不熱，附近沒有停車位，節假日衹能停客運站，碰運氣撿漏。好在服務還行吧，工作人員一直在調試。

太差，價格高條件差，房間之間感到是隔板裝修的，不隔音，擔心環保，最差的是衞生間好高，長者和孩子根本上不去，房間特小，怎麼還收335的房費，顯示有停車，可到了説沒有，千萬不要上當。

走的匆忙居然忘記拍照了，酒店出乎意料的好，首先服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，酒店設施也齊全，房間採光不錯衞生也打掃的很乾凈！
