Room was alright. Towels were old with funny smell. The bathroom was a bit dirty with mildews and toilet paper was not provided. The bathroom door also cannot be closed properly from the outside.

The room quite small with basic amenities.

All ok except senior citizn have to climb the stairs. No lift.
For improvement :
1. To supply 2 in 1 coffee sachet 2 packet instead if 1 only.
2. To provide coffee stirrer . Hot water we have to take from outside same floor via coway. How to stirrerthe coffee. We never any spoon. At least wooden stirrer.

It was a simple hotel no frills, the rooms were not very clean and we found some food packaging under the beds

A decent hotel for a short trip to Perlis.
The price booked from Trip.com is cheaper than walk in. Front staff is nice.
Easy check in & check out.
They also have parking space for guest.

Worst experience ever. Dirty,stuffy with no air ventilation as no windows in the room and guest previously were smoking in the room. Never go back again to this hotel. Not recommended!

Check in was smooth. However we found some ants at wall. The rest is good. Hot water works well. Overall is good. Going to choice this hotel again for Perlis trip.
