房間設施比較舊，房間面積較大，服務員很友善，距離裏濕地公園五分鐘車程，步行十幾分鍾就到，酒店無早餐，周邊有早餐館，也可以開車幾分鐘到中心地區吃飯，個頭推薦去中心區吃飯。

説實話這個賓館要是150以內絕對是個好賓館，到400+的價位讓人不敢恭維。如果不是去康保跑馬拉松，打死也不會定這種酒店，價位虛高。設施太一般，就是乾淨點的招待所，無法稱之為酒店。也許康保經濟落後，開張吃三年的緣故吧。
