Location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. It's conveniently close to popular attractions, making sightseeing a breeze. I was very impressed with the facilities at Hotel Trinity Heights. The rooms are well appointed, and the hotel offers a range of amenities that made my stay incredibly relaxing. The rooms at Hotel Trinity Heights are spacious, beautifully designed, and maintained with impeccable cleanliness. All the modern amenities were provided, and the level of comfort was outstanding. This hotel provides a true luxury experience. I was very impressed with the attention to detail.

The reception staff was very rude. We booked two rooms of which one was good but the other room warmer was not working. And they gave an alternative warmer which was also not working well. We had to shiver entire night in the chilling night. Poor service. Unhappy.

The stay was upgraded to a premium class with some extra payment. The issue was with the room key as it was not working. Had to call reception every time. Bathroom blinds need repair. The staff was good and courteous.
