The property location is good, it is situated very close to naddi view point and an old shiva temple. The view from the room is breathtaking. They have all amenities which are must in cold places like the rooms have hot and cold air conditioning. The restaurant serves good food and the service is smooth. Everyone at the hotel is so polite and so easy to talk to. They make you comfortable from the very beginning. It is a good place to come with your family or even friends. I would love to come back again.

The rooms were good & service staff were courteous. Only problem was that the hotel did not provide blanket to driver at night even though it was very cold. Hotel management should consider this for future.

Room given was not good. We requested the staff to change our room. But they denied on number of requests. My car light was broken by their van driver. I requested the staff to park my car but they didn't. In the washroom water was cold in such a winter season. On request they provide hot water. I recommend we should not book such a hotel in future.
