I am very impressed with Infinitea Centric Dharamshala Hotel. The moment you open the room door, it senses your body temperature and the power on by itself. The design of the hotel very modern, excellent service, clean, staffs are superb friendly and their services behaviors 5 star rating. The food are excellent good. We stayed there for 2 nights. While the stay was extremely enjoyable, sad part was, it lasted only for two days. We never expected to be treated so well, right from the first moment to the moment we left the property. Most fascinating part was the name, jujurana. The state bird that inspired property’s name. Special shout out to chef suraj and sahil. Food was absolutely delicious (please try khataa mutton, their speciality. We are looking forward to be there, again. Personal touch that we enjoyed (especially my baby, cannot be expressed. We really thank the entire staff and the management for hosting us.

I must say that this resort is an excellent option to stay in palampur. Far from all the crowd but having all the luxury of a 5 star hotel. The resort is surrounded by tea garden and has an excellent view of dhauladhar range. This resort has limited rooms so all the hotel staff gives you a personal attention, gives a very personalized and special feeling. Food is excellent and the chef was courteous enough to customize and cater to our needs. Resort has excellent heated pool, spa, sauna, steam and gym. We also met the owner mr dinesh butail. What a gentlemen! we had an amazing time with him tasting variety of tea and listening some wonderful songs sang by him. Can't complain about anything. It was a perfect stay at infinite a team resort at palampur. I will definitely visit again.

Our stay at indraprastha was mesmerising with beautiful view from the balcony and serenity around us. Loved the hospitality of the staff. Only the breakfast was average, they can work on their breakfast buffet. Overall it was a memorable stay

It is located in off beat place not known to everyone. Location was the usp of the hotel. Very near to many known places but in a village having vintage legacy. Well maintained and very cordial staff. Good food.

Every thing was excellent location food (breakfast) amenities in room and service. The mountain view from verandah was nice.
