The hotel has a great location, and the staff’s behavior was polite and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the room conditions were not up to the mark. The washroom had an unpleasant odor, which persisted throughout our stay. The bed appeared to have insects, and unfortunately, my daughter developed an infection on her neck, which we noticed in the morning. Proper hygiene and maintenance of the rooms are critical and should be improved urgently. While the location and staff were the redeeming factors, i hope the management takes this feedback seriously to enhance the guest experience in the future.

The place is great, with a beautiful view of the sea. The beach is a bit of a walk but nothing serious. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although there was some trash outside my door that was taken away only a day after i arrived. Overall great experience!

Seems like a reasonably new property but a lot of their fittings appear dated. My water closet simply wouldn't flush properly and you do not need a vibrant imagination to realise the results. The ac in my room too had a mind if it's own, choosing to work and strike work randomly. The buffet breakfast is very pedestrian and the coffee is horrendous (i'm a coffee geek so i might have a bias here. I didn't try other meals as there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. Most of the staff seem unmotivated and unhappy at their jobs. Beware that if you select the third floor like i did, good luck sleeping as the 4th floor has a party hall where something is always happening and there are always people 'singing' off key into the microphone. This place is rated as a 4 star hotel but i think even 3 stars would be stretching it. I selected it only because i needed to access some nearby areas during my trip.

The premise was clean and staff was friendly. Prompt call was made ahead of checking in to find out the time of arrival. Check in was done in a matter of minutes. Good was fresh and made to order. Great experience over all.

We had a pleasant stay at broad bean. The location is closer to railway station and private bus stand. Food was decent and the service was good. They had spacious bathrooms and clean rooms.

The stay was fabulous, close to the light house and payyambalam beach. The room had nice interiors, well maintained washrooms and good breakfast. The bed was awesome to have a good sleep. 2 acs were present in the room. Nice pics can be taken in the property with some decors outside the cottage area, and sea in the background.

Excellent stay. Room is very spacious and very polite staff. Breakfast is also good. The restaurant is ready and waiting for inauguration 1st february.
