"This is a heritage property and they have maintained the same old structure but have renovated it with very careful details on not compromising on the heritage aesthetics. The staff, especially sneha and mathew were very cordial and helpful. Food was excellent and we did invite a few guests to their restaurant and they were delighted. All in all a wonderful experience and highly recommended this property"

"The ac in the room allotted to me doesnt have cooling at all. Brought this to the notice of staff at reception from day i checked in i. E. May 8th. No action taken so far by the hotel till now, yesterday had told another room will be allotted but that too not done. If the ac is not working then such room shouldn't be put up for online booking. So anybody checking in hotel please ensure ac working properly, because after taking room there won't be any solution to the problem."

"We recently visited Holistic Eco Resort and booked the Tower Suite, which was supposed to be the best room in the resort. While the view from the suite was indeed breathtaking and the room itself was spacious and well-maintained, our overall experience was good"

"Having stayed in other niramaya properties, i had similar expectations from vaidekam. Location is a secluded hill top, ideal for a no noise night. The property has two entry points. The one google suggests is a twisted one through a 'jungly' area which makes you wonder whether you are lost in the middle of nowhere. Dont take this one especially if you are coming in the night. You are greeted by friendly and courteous staff. Check in process was seamless. Elderly might a vehicle to move around between room and restaurant / spa etc, because the area of this property is quite vast. The rooms are really spacious, clean, airy, and understated with all necessary creature comforts and paraphernalia that you expect in this price point. The view for almost all rooms should be similar i think : all overlook the valley of the small hillock where this property is located. I was unhappy about three things here. First was the very minimal landscaping and gardening. Probably they wanted to maintain that rustic vibe, or may be the works are underway. But when you pay a fortune for one night, you would be expect some visually appealing landscape. Second, there were mosquitoes in our room (not in our other family member rooms) and and couldn't sleep well. And third, even though the dinner items were fairly priced, the taste was ok and the tea and snacks were exorbitantly priced for the quality offered. But no qualms there because it doesn't really spoil your experience. Breakfast spread was good and tasted great. Swimming pool was also well maintained, but no kids area. Activity centre was limited with a treadmill, a body massager and some games. Overall, this is an ayurvedic retreat rather than a resort per se. If you are going as a couple to just unwind, it's good. But if you are going with kids for a family picnic, this may not be worth your money."

Request for taxi was promptly arranged. The taxi arrived on the dot and the driver was very polite. The taxi too was very clean. Sorry, no images."

GGuest UserStay was good. Amenities in the hotel room were sufficient. Reception staff deena was courteous and helped us to check in little early. Thanks to her. Advise to the hotel. The hotel management should think about installing sound proofing inside the hotel room, there is a conference room/party hall across, late night parties and the noise is completely audible in the room and it affects the quality of the sleep.

GGuest UserSeems like a reasonably new property but a lot of their fittings appear dated. My water closet simply wouldn't flush properly and you do not need a vibrant imagination to realise the results. The ac in my room too had a mind if it's own, choosing to work and strike work randomly. The buffet breakfast is very pedestrian and the coffee is horrendous (i'm a coffee geek so i might have a bias here. I didn't try other meals as there are plenty of good restaurant options nearby. Most of the staff seem unmotivated and unhappy at their jobs. Beware that if you select the third floor like i did, good luck sleeping as the 4th floor has a party hall where something is always happening and there are always people 'singing' off key into the microphone. This place is rated as a 4 star hotel but i think even 3 stars would be stretching it. I selected it only because i needed to access some nearby areas during my trip.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at sneha inn for a one night and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel had all the amenities i needed and they were all in functional condition. The room itself was clean enough, although i did notice a faint smell of cigarette smoke. This was a bit unpleasant for me, but it wasn't strong enough to ruin my stay. The bed was comfortable and i had a good night's sleep. One thing that could be improved was the service at the hotel's dine-in restaurant. The staff seemed to be understaffed, and as a result, the orders took a while to be delivered. I understand that the hotel might be facing some staffing issues due to the pandemic, but waiting for food for over an hour was a bit too much for me. However, the food was good and i enjoyed the variety on the menu. Overall, my stay at the hotel was decent enough. While there were some areas that could be improved, i was satisfied with the overall experience. If the hotel could address the issue with the cigarette smoke smell in the room and hire more staff to improve the service at the restaurant, it could be a great place to stay.
