The floor hygiene in the room is worrisome, especially the area near the stove that is sticky when stepped on, and may need to be cleaned more intensively. But the service is good and the front desk is very friendly. Worth the price.

Very friendly and professional front desk staff, quiet location, room seemed clean. The overall hotel is looking like it needs a refresh, or a remodel. A bit worn down, but nod terrible. The "breakfast" was a single pre-packaged muffin, and a few granola bars. I've included a photo of that. There was coffee as well. This is fairly standard at Extended Stay's that offer a "breakfast". Overall, I'm glad it was only a one night stay but, I'd have been fine with having to spend a night or two more. It's certainly not a very nice hotel to be in but it's alright for brief stays.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Made a reservation and paid for room. Due to flight delays attempted to check-in around 2:00 a.m. and were refused room as "an audit was being run" Were informed that they couldn't help us. Even when confirmed the room had been paid. Stuck having to find another room in early morning hours. No disclosure of late check-in not allowed. Had to go through corporate to get a refund. Basically were attempting to steal my money

Long story short I can honestly say it turned out better than I thought. The room looked really good and so was the bathroom. The innkeeper Zach was really nice and he even gave me a third floor room. It's just a few short miles from MCI Airport and right off the I-29 freeway. The hotel is about 15 miles north of downtown . Everything I need is here minus the swimming pool but at least there's plenty of parking spaces and free of charge. So far I am content and if everything keeps going good I'll definitely return if I'm in the area. There's a complete kitchen area with a full size refrigerator, two surface burners and a microwave so you really get your money's worth.

What a terrible experience.Whatever you have at the front desk needs to be fired! It’s rude and disgusting. Beware!!! Pat needs to be fired! Housekeeping as well. Don’t stay here! Unsafe for families for sure………………………………………………………………………..

If you are considering booking at this hotel location, please don’t!!!! Heed my words, this is the worst place to book a hotel reservation ever!!! On the date of check-in, I had informed the hotel of a possible late check in due to a delay in my flight. On their policy it stated that if you were planning to check in late you needed to let their hotel know or your reservation would be canceled as a no show. I was afraid that my reservation would be canceled so when my flight was delayed further I had called to inform them and they go and tell me that my reservation will be canceled at 1:30am for no show. My flight landed at 3am. Now I had no place to stay and had to search every where for a new hotel. I had contacted the third party that I had booked the room from to request a refund. On the hotel’s policy it clearly stated if there is a no show, the first night would be charged. I asked the third party to request a refund for the remaining days of the reservation and the hotel goes on to tell us they would not refund us back for the remainder of the reservation. What kind of bs is that?!! Beware this hotel will not take any exceptions and the information on their website is vague and can be very misleading!! Book with them at your own risk. This was my worst experience ever!! Will never ever book will this hotel again.

We stayed here while having a booth at the gem show at KCI Expo Center across the street. Booked 2 rooms with double beds for 4 friends, but at check in, doubles weren't available so we were given 4 rooms with one double bed for the cost of 2. Win! One room appeared to be not cleaned; the staff was appalled and had it cleaned when we returned. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Rooms were clean, spacious, and pleasant. Kitchenettes did not have anything, so any supplies (dishes, etc) needs to be requested. Breakfast was grab and go at the front desk - muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, plus self serve coffee and tea. Some residents seemed to be more long term, but we had no issues or complaints.
