One of the best Boutique styled resorts I have stayed at anywhere. From the moment we arrived the front office staff and service were excellent and we were made to feel very much apart of the family. The food in the restaurant was excellent, the cocktails by their cute swimming pool were just perfect. The whole hotel has a very eco friendly and sustainable lifestyle vibe to it with lots of reclaimed woods and materials integrated into the simple yet pleasing interior design. A short 2 min walk sees you standing on the Beach overlooking on the most beautiful Vista's I have seen. A truly great experience. I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThis is a split review. The hotel is every bit as spectacular as it looks in the pictures. It’s built on what appears to be a giant sandbar coming out of the east coast of the island and is beautifully laid out with the restaurant at the tip to make breakfast and dinner a visual experience. The rooms are great and like most others suggest I would pay up for the beachfront so you can get the best of nature and especially sitting outside for the slow sun rise if you’re an early bird like me. The hotel is located perfectly - a 2 minute walk from the village. Thereafter everything becomes a bit difficult and it’s like the hotel is battling to take away from you what it has given with the surroundings. The shower is barely more than a trickle and is annoying because you need 3 or 4 per day with the heat and sand. The breakfast is awful - too spicy, covered in flies, overcooked or soggy and old. Note though that the evening restaurant is excellent. They charge to use their bikes and kayaks. Don’t do that Silvalai, it’s cheap. There’s not enough water in the room so you are compelled to buy the premium brands. They have 3 shops but I’ve never seen any of them open. The pools are lined with plastic not tiles. There’s quite a lot of rubbish lying around on the pier-side walk to the village. Koh Mook is a great place to spend 3 or 4 days and if you do come Silvalai is the best option, and I enjoyed it, but they are several tweaks away from being a top resort in my opinion.

IIrinaThe price-quality ratio for this hotel on Ko Muk Island is very good. Located conveniently, everywhere walking to get to the beach Charlie Beach drove on tuck-tuck, and to Silavi on foot-5-8 minutes in a hurry. Breakfast is served directly to the room. Clean, cleaned by your order. There were not enough bedside bunks. The area is beautiful, green. Staff are polite and willing to fulfill all your wishes. Looking at other hotels on the island, I can quietly recommend this hotel for stopping. The island was taken from Tranga-taxi for 1.5 hour. The island rented a boat for 600 Bat to not wait for a ferry. Taken a tour to Kradan and to a cave for 700 Bat.. Initially wanted to stop on it. Snork on Kradan is good but no food except hotels. On Ko Muke with this without problems-many restaurants. On the last day took steaks fish for kilo, calmars, and strawberries small and juice. For all gave 760 batts for two. On Co Lipa the price was already higher for all the siafood. On Lipa on the fast boat arrived. Tickets can be bought quietly on the spot. All lying if you buy anything from food is free. We took juice. Charlie Beach liked a restaurant very much - and the view is beautiful and the food is delicious. The island is less twisted than Lipe. The tourists are not many, and in this is the delight of it. Again, I would have returned for a few days to snork on Kradan.

CCostaI had a very good stay ! When I first saw the reviews online, I was scared.. but finally the experience turned out to be quite positive.
Good points:
The swimming pool is the best in the island, quite instagramable and near the sea. I also loved the open showers in the room, quite a good feeling. The staff was friendly and did not overcharge for anything. Their restaurant was also delicious, with a nice set up for dinner. The location perfect, not too far from the pier.
Some common areas need some maintainable, it is true, but nothing too bad ;)

ผมมาเที่ยวกับแฟน และเพื่อนอีก 1 คน มาถึงที่พักตอนประมาณเวลา 18:30 ผมกับแฟนนอนที่เดอ ธารา พอเก็บของเสร็จ(เจ้าหน้าที่มาเปิดแอร์ไว้ให้ แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็นแต่ยังไม่มีน้ำรั่ว) แล้วออกไปส่งเพื่อนที่พักอีกที่หนึ่ง ราคาประมาณ 800 บาท ไปถึงที่พักของเพื่อน เจ้าหน้าที่มาต้อนรับด้วย welcome drink และแจ้งว่ามีปัญหาเรื่องห้องน้ำมีน้ำรั่ว ให้รอแก้ไขสักครู่หนึ่ง เพื่อนเลยตัดสินใจฝากของไว้แล้วออกไปรับประทานอาหารกันระหว่างรอแก้ไข
วันนั้นผมไปเที่ยวเกาะต่างๆ ดำน้ำทั้งวัน แล้วเข้าเกาะมุกมาเพื่อรับประทานอาหาร และรีบพักผ่อนเพราะเหนื่อยมาทั้งวัน
พอผมรับประทานอาหารเสร็จ ผมกลับห้องมาตอนประมาณ 20:40 มีน้ำแอร์หยดเต็มพื้นห้อง และ แอร์ไม่เย็น โทรแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ตอน 20:44 ได้รับคำตอบว่าเดี๋ยวจะมาดู เวลาผ่านไป 30 นาที ยังไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่มาดูแอร์ให้ ผมเลยเดินไปแจ้งที่เคาร์เตอร์อีกครั้ง ถึงมีเจ้าหน้าที่เดินตามมาดูให้พร้อมผ้าเช็คเท้า 1 ผืน สรุปคือเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มแรกแก้ไขไม่ได้ มาเช็ดทำความสะอาดให้อย่างเดียว แล้วตามช่างอีกที ช่างซ่อมเสร็จเวลาประมาณ 22:00 , ระหว่างซ่อมผมก็นั่งๆนอนๆอยู่ในห้องพูดคุยสอบถามทั่วไป เจ้าหน้าที่พูดเหมือนว่าเรื่องแบบนี้เกิดขึ้นบ่อย เป็นปกติ ผมก็งงๆว่าผมต้องทำใจยอมรับให้คุ้นชินกับเรื่องแบบนี้หรอ, ระหว่างซ่อม แฟนผมก็พยายามติดต่อกับผู้จัดการไปด้วย เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานไม่สามารถตอบคำถาม หรือ หาทางแก้ไขอื่นๆ ได้นอกจากรอซ่อม (เช่น ถ้าซ่อมไม่ได้จะให้ไปนอนไหนเพราะห้องอื่นๆเต็มหมดแล้ว รอซ่อมนานเป็นชั่วโมงแล้วมีชดเชยอะไรไหม) เจ้าหน้าที่หน้างานบอกให้โทรศัพท์คุยกับเบอร์ ********** ซึ่งยังไม่ใช่ผู้จัดการอยู่ดี ตอบคำถามไม่ได้เช่นกัน ได้แต่ย้อนถามมาว่าช่างยังไม่ไปดูหรอค่ะ(แฟนผมถามชื่อคนที่คุยด้วย เผื่อได้คุยกับผู้จัดการ แล้วจะได้เช็คว่าที่คุณแจ้งมาตรงกับนโยบายการให้บริการของโรงแรมไหม เจ้าหน้าที่ที่คุยด้วยบอกไม่สะดวกให้) แล้วก็โยนให้ไปคุยกับแอดมินเพจใน FB พอติดต่อไปใน FB ก็ไม่ได้ช่วยอะไรเลย นอกจากแค่ถามว่ามีช่างไปดูหรือยัง ช่างยังอยู่ในห้องไหม คือที่อยากได้จริงๆไม่ใช่การชดเชยหรือเงิน อยากได้ยินคือ “คำขอโทษ/ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวก และความรวดเร็วในการบริการแก้ไข” ซึ่งไม่ได้ยินและไม่ได้เห็นเลยตั้งแต่ระดับล่าง, โทรศัพท์คุย หรือ ทาง FB
ในทางตรงกันข้ามห้องพักเพื่อนราคา 800 บาท ห้องน้ำรั่ว เค้ารีบขอโทษ จัดการซ่อม พอซ่อมไม่ได้ เค้าจัดการหาทางออกให้ หาที่พักอีกที่หนึ่งให้ทันที
อยากแนะนำ
1. ผมกับแฟนเข้าใจว่ามันเหมือนอุบัติเหตุที่ไม่คาดคิด ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่อยากให้เกิด แต่เมื่อเกิดแล้วคุณมีวิธีการจัดการยังไง ผมรอครึ่งชั่วโมง ยังไม่มีใครมาเลย ต้องไปตามอีกรอบ ระหว่างซ่อมก็ให้นอนรอในห้องที่ซ่อมนั้นแหละ ปิดแอร์ สบายใจเลย, ความรวดเร็วในการแก้ไขไม่มีเลย
2. เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับล่างการบริการอาหาร เสิร์ฟ การต้อนรับพอใช้ครับ แต่เรื่องการจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาหน้างาน ช่องทางการร้องเรียน ช่องทางการติดต่อบุคคลที่มีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจเรื่องแบบนี้ คือ ไม่มีเลย, มีแต่โยนกันไปโยนกันมา
3. WiFi ห้องข้างหลังก็ไม่ถึง ต้องเดินมาเล่นที่โซนรับประทานอาหารถึงจะใช้ได้, ก๊อกน้ำ/ที่แขวนสายฉีด/ฝักบัว น่าจะต้องดูแลความแข็งแรงนะครับ มันโยกเยก ใกล้จะหลุด
4. ถ้าราคาแบบนี้แพงเกินการบริการครับ ทำเลที่ตั้งคุณอาจจะดีติดทะเล แต่การบริการแบบนี้ ผมไปนอนห้อง 800 ยังสบายใจกว่าครับ

GGuest UserI like this place because of the price and the location, which is right on the beach. There are 2 types of rooms to choose from: bungalows and villas. I chose the bungalow because it has a high foundation and a view of the beach and the sea. The manager is friendly and attentive to customers. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the village for lunch. You can book a private boat to drop you off in front of the hotel. Breakfast is available to order from the menu and you get extra. I like this atmosphere. From morning to evening, you can hear birds singing. There are hornbills to see. In nature, when the water recedes, you can walk along the long beach and watch the small crabs running around. In the evening, you can see many hermit crabs coming out to find a mate. This place also accepts small wedding ceremonies on the beach. Next year, I will come again.

GGuest UserWe were going to stay here for 5 nights, but the first night was not available, so a little bit at the resort, and there was a room of less quality than we had booked, but we received a lot of money back. The houses were fine, located in a large garden that was well maintained. In the garden you could also be massaged, was delicious and very good! No breakfast was served but coffee was served, so we bought a stock of cookies. You've got to walk a quarter of the forest for lunch and dinner, and you came out at Fisherman's Kitchen, a excellent and cheap restaurant, and the evening we went to a kind of bar for non-Muslims. You could also take cold beer to the bungalows. The resort is remote and only suitable if you rent a bromstube at the resort to go over the island, then you have all freedom. You can also book a private tour to visit the whole island or book a boat for a dugong tour. A walk across the backland is also a recommendation. In fact you have enough 3 to 4 nights here. The staff is very helpful. A storm did not allow you to travel to a next island, but there was an excellent alternative to the mainland: 5 different means of transport were connected by minute on the next track.

GGuest UserVery outdated resort and needs a complete upgrade. The location makes up for all their problems as it is right on a long stretch of beach and the bungalow we booked was very spacious with views over the ocean. Air-conditioner worked but sounded like a tractor, the shower head is ancient and hardly works, the wheels fell off the bed when we moved it slightly. The sewerage outlet pipe runs straight into the property which is very unhygienic.too many issues to mention. Breakfast was not worth eating either so before you book if it's only for price then that may be fine but if you are looking for a clean updated place this is not for you. On the plus side the ”customer relations” person and other staff are very kind and helpful.
