To start off, the service is amazing! I was picked up at the airport, as well as had a ride back. My first day of work in City Central, I was even given a ride there. The free breakfast was also hot and delicious. If I had any issues, they were fixed immediately. Everyone here went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and had an enjoyable stay. I had a beautiful, comfortable room to come back to every night. My room had a balcony with gorgeous mountain views I enjoyed every day. The mattress exceeded my expectations as far as comfort. While located a bit far from Old Town, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The rooms are also very secure and the hostel is always locked. The hostel was truly a retreat every night and there is good food nearby if you do want to venture far. The #3 trolley bus also picks up just outside if the hostel. It goes all the way to Bascarjia (Old Town) so the entire town and most of the attractions is easily accessible. The hostel is also conveniently located near the tram station so it is also easy to get to the hot springs and war tunnel that are located on the opposite end of town. I highly recommend staying at this property!

The hotel is very close to the ancient city and it is very convenient to see around. The service is very good and the attitude is very good. Breakfast is not very rich, but there are some, nutrition guarantee, absolutely full, the best is to eat fried bread, and ask the guests whether they need omelet every day, very considerate. I stayed for six days and gave me a free upgrade room, thank you very much!

Hotel Divan has a very good location in the old town. The biggest disadvantage is linked to that - a very noisy tram line passes it all day. We chose a room in the basement and the backyard side, where it was ok. The room was comfortable and furnished in a nice style. Air conditioning worked well. There were a fridge and a safe in the room. As the hotel is rather small, there was no breakfast buffet but some options served to the table. Anyway, it was good. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us good advice about the city. One disadvantage was that they didn't accept cards.
